1731 151 fine by the Court hereupon her Imposed for and by Occasion of the Premisses aforesaid whereof in forme aforesd she is Convict Six hundred pounds of (Tobacco to the use of the County) and that the Same Eliz.a Davis be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine aforesd whereupon the Said Eliz.a Davis is ordered to give Security for the Payment of the fine aforesd and the Severall officers their fees due by occasion of the Premisses whereupon a Certain Robert Carney of Somerset County planter present here in Court undertakes for the Said Eliz.a Davis for to pay the fine afd and the Severall Officers fees due by occasion of the Premisses aforesaid &c
taken the said William Dulany Late of Somerset Parish in Somerset County Barbor if he Should be found in his bailywick and him should Safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March Next to answere his said Lordship of the Presentment aforesd and that thereof he should not fail &c Att which said third tuesday of March next to witt the twenty first day of the same month one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one the Sher of the County aforesd then being at the Same day before is Lordships Justices at the County Court of Somerset at Dividing Creek ^Returned^ that by Vertue of the Preceipt aforesd him thereof Directed he had taken the body of the aforesd William Dulaney whose body he had there ready &c Whereupon the aforesaid William Dulany by William Beckingham his attorney comes hereinto Court and prays that the presentment aforesaid may be quashed evacuated and utterly for nothing held &c and for as much as the Same presentment doth appear to the Court ^here^ to be Insufficient in Law &c Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid William Dulany Goe thereof without day &c
Whereupon Command was given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Sould take the said Mary Pointer Late of Somerset Parish in Somerset County Spinster if he Should be found in his bailywick and her should Safe keep so that he might have her body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Next to answere his said Lordship of the Presentment aforesd and that thereof he should not fail &c att |
