To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Court now Sitting the Humble petition
of Jonathan Cottingham Living in Naswattux neck humbly Sheweth
that whereas ^your petitioner^ lives upon the Great road passing through the Said Naswattux neck which said
       Road as it is has formerly been Cleared and Used very much in commodes and Injures your petitioner
       your said petitioner by the Consent and approbation of Mr Francis Allen Overseer of the Said Road &
    divers others of his Neighbours hath Cleared another part of the Said Road which is much dryer
    evener and as nigh as the Old Road your petitioner therefore prays your worships order for the Confirmation
    of the Said Road as is not lately cleared and your petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray
    The petition the aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood   wherefore it is Considered by
    Court here that the afd new Road Cleared Remain and Containe the County Road unalterable &c


Edward Harper
        petn
To the worshipfull his Lordships Justices of Somerset County Court the
Humble Petition of Edward Harper seweth that whereas the road
Leading from the Court house to the head of Wicomocco runs through
y.r Petitioners Land that he is not of ability to make a lane timber being so scarse
with him that he can hardly find Loggs to maintaine the Small Spott
that he lives on your petitioner Humbly prays your Worships to Grant an
order to turne the said road and as in duty bound Shall Ever pray from you

The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood      Teague Riggin
                                                                                                       Arthur Worrick
          Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Edward Harper turn the Road as by
the petition aforesaid is praid he makeing the New Road as Good and passable as the old &c

Upon the mocon of Robert ^Jenckins^ Henry of Somerset County Gent.m for to be admitted one of the practitioners
of the Law in this Court is Granted he first taking the Severall Oaths to the Government appointed
by act of assembly with the Oath of an attorney

          Whereupon the Said Robert ^Jenckens^ Henry took the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly
to the Government with the Oath of an attorney and Subscribed the oath of abjuration and test &c
and is accordingly admitted to practice &c


Adam Spence Sen.r
      petn
    To the worshipfull the Justices in Court now Sitting the petitioner of adam Spence
Sen.r Humbly Sheweth that whereas Your petitioner hath a tract or percell of Land
known by the name of Middlesex and that the bounders of the Said Land us Somewhat
       precarious he therefore prays your worships order for a Commission to Examine Evidences upon the Same
       and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray                                 Adam Spence Sen.r
       The petition aforesaid being Read and heard  wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to
       the aforesaid Adam Spence as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that James Martin Ed.m Hough
       James Rownd & Edw.d Rownd all of Somerset County Gent be Comrs & Execute ye Same Comrs according to law &c
