In case the Said Richard Wallis do not Learn his said apprentice during his Servitude to Read write and Cypher
as far as the rule of three (Inclusive) ^and the trades of a hous Carpenter & hous Joyner^ and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a new suit
of Cloaths and a broad ax, a handsaw, one adz, three Chizzells of different Sises ^one Gouge^ and two a^u^gours &
Likewise if he do not provide for his said apprentice to have and wear during the term aforesaid &c

    bound to
John Wootten
David Odaugh son of Owen Adaugh an Orphan of his own free Consent according to act
of assembly is bound by the Court unto a Certain John Wootten untill he arrives at the
age of twenty One Years the said David Odaugh to serve his said master the term afd
during which term the Said David his said Master well and faithfully Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments
Lawfully and honestly every where willingly Shall do and in all things as a good and faithfully
Servant shall demeane himselfe towards his said master and all his during his Servitude afd &c

                In consideration of which service the Said John Wootten present herein Court Covenanteth
with the ^Justices of the^ Same Court on behalfe of the said David Odaugh that during the term afd he will Learn him to
to read write and Cypher as far as the rule of three (Inclusive) and the trade of a tile Cooper and at
the expiration of his Servitude Give him a new Suit of Cloathes over and above his Common wearing
Cloaths and Likewise Give his said apprentice a Compleat set of tile Coopers tooles &c

                         Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the Said John Wootten Give Security
for to Comply with the Covenants aforesaid &c

                         Thereupon the Said John Wootten with John Caldwell Sen.r ^his Security^ both present herein Court acknow
themselves to stand Indebted unto the Said David Odaugh in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each of
their bodys Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of
the said David Odaugh his heirs and assignes &c

                                     In Case the Said John Wootten do not learn his Said apprentice during his Servitude
to Read write and Cypher as far as the rule of three (Inclusive) ^and the trade of a tile Cooper^ and at the Expiration of his Servitude
do not Give him a new suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and a Compleat set of
tile Coopers tooles and Likewise if he do not provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing
Lodging and apparell mete for Such an apprentice to have and wear during the term aforesaid &c


Owen Odaugh
   bound to
Joseph Cottman
Owen Odaugh son of Owen Odaugh an Orphan of his own Free Consent according to
act of Assembly is bound by the Court unto a Certain Joseph Cottman of Somerset County
wheelwright untill he arrives at the age of twenty One Years the Said Owen Odaugh the
                   Younger to Serve his Said master the term aforesaid during which term the Said Owen Odaugh
the Younger his said master well and faithfully shall Serve his Secretts keep his Commandments Lawfully
and honestly every where willingly shall do and in all things as a good and faithfull Servant shall demeane
himselfe towards his Said Master and all his during his Servitude aforesaid &c

          In consideration of which Service the Said Joseph Cottman present here in Court Covenanteth with the
       Justices of the Same Court on behalfe of the Said Owen Odaugh the Younger that during the term aforesaid
       he will Learn him to Read write and Cypher as far as the rule of three (Inclusive) and the trade of a Cart
