146 that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid William Furnis as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that Thomas Williams, Nicholas Fountain Sen.r John Waters and Daniel Maddox all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &c Upon the petition of William Boyce for an allowance he being a poor afflicted person &c wherefore it is Ordered by the Court here that Robert Mitchell take care and keep the Same William Boyce and provide for him such things as may be necessary for him and Employ a physitian to administer such medicines as may be proper for his distemper and the Said Mitchell to be allowed for the same at november court next &c

shall serve his secretts keep his Commandments lawfully and honestly every where willingly shall do and in all things as a good and faithfully Servant shall demean himselfe towards his said master and al his towards her said during his Servitude aforesaid Inconsideration of which service the Said Richard Wallis the said Henry during the term aforesaid ^shall learn^ to Read write and Cypher as far as the rule of three (Inclusive) and the trades of a hous Carpenter and hous Joyner and at the Expiration of his Servitude to Give his Said apprentice a new Suit of Cloaths a broad ax, hand saw, adz, three Chizzells of different Sises one Gouge & two augurs and Likewise provide for his Said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and apparell mete for Such an apprentice to have and wear during the term aforesaid Whereupon the Said Richard Wallis present herein Court is ordered to Give Recognizance to the said Henry Odaugh to Comply with the Covenants aforesaid &c Whereupon the Said Richard Wallis with John Caldwell Sen.r his Security who ^both^ present herein Court acknowledged themselves to stand Indebted unto the Said Henry Odaugh in the sum of twenty pounds Sterr Each of their body Goods and Chattles ^Land & tenements^ Seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of the Said Henry Odaugh his heirs and assignes In |
