145 Att a Court of the Right Honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c held at dividing Creek by his Said Lordships Commissioners and Justices of the County aforesaid (the peace to keep assigned) the third tuesday of march to witt the Twenty first day of the Same month and in the Seventeenth Year of his Said Lordships dominion Ann.o Dom 1731 of whome were present
Proclamation being made in Usual form and the Sher of Somerset County to witt Joshua Caldwell Gentleman makes return of the pannell of the Grand Jurors as Followeth to witt Edward Rownd Samuel Alexander, Thomas Holbrook, Robert Jones, W.m Jones manny, Heber Whittington, W.m MccClammey Bruffe Broughton, William Roach, Edward Fowler, Charles Rackliffe, Thomas Peal Samuel Trewitt Dennis Duskey, John Crockett, Michael Disharoone, William Holland, Charles Revell, [illegible] Walston John Lay and William Nelson whereupon proclamation being made againe in usual form and the Jurors aforesaid so as aforesaid Impannelled and Severally Called Over by their names do appear as above and thereupon they were sworn and Charged and Sent sent Out to Consider &c soon after the Grand Jurors aforesaid being Impannelled sworn and Charged as aforesaid as aforesaid Return hereinto Court and being Severally Called Over appear and Return the following presentments against Ann Maycombe & Eliz.a Peacock and thereupon the Jurors aforesaid are discharged and ordered that they they be allowed five hundred pounds of tobacco to be paid next Levy court and against the afd Ann Maycomb and Eliz.a Peacock so as aforesaid presented it is ordered that Capias Issue against them Returnable to next Court &c
and about his secretts keep and Lawfull Commands obey &c Inconsideration of which Service the Said Randall Revell promiseth to find and provide for his said Servant meat drink washing Lodging and apparell mete for his Said Servant to have & wear during his Servitude aforesaid &c
bound shall ever pray &c Willm Furnis The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood wherefore it is Considered that |
