    To the worshipfull the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now
now in Court Sitting    the humble petition of Richard Parker most humbly Sheweth

       That Whereas your petitioner is possessed with a tract of Land lying on pocomoke river in the
County aforesaid called wickneys neck Contained six hundred acres the boundarys thereof being decayed and
the wittnesses to prove them Antient and infirm  wherefore Your petitioner prays you to Grant a Commission
according to an act of assembly in such Case provided to Examine Wittnesses to prove them boundarys
of the said Land in perpetuall memory and Your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                   The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood   Therefore it is Considered by the
Justices here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Richard Parker as by the petition aforesaid is praid
and that James Martin, Isaac Morris, Edmond Hough and John Dennis all of Somerset County Gentl be Commissioners
and execute the Same Commission according to Law &.c


    Ordered by the Court that Daniel Maddox pay unto Lewis Rigsby William Horner Alexander Chain
and Francis Crowder Sixty pounds of tobacco cash for thier attendance two days each as Evidences for the Lord proprietary
against the Said Daniel Maddox they having made oath to the Same &.c

    Ordered by the Court that John Riggin Jun.r pay unto Teague Riggin Teague Donohoe and Charles Riggin
two hundred and forty pounds of tobacco each for their attendance Eight days as evidences Each for the
said John Riggin against John Owten they haveing made Oath to the Same &.c

Ordered by the Court that John Riggin Jun.r pay unto John Riggin sen.r One hundred and Eighty pounds of
tobacco being due unto him for his attendance as evidence Six days on behalfe of the Said John Riggin Jun.r ag.t
John Owten he having made Oath to the Same &.c

Ordered by the Court that Patrick Daley pay unto John Denston Ninty pounds of tobacco being due unto him
for his attendance three days as evidence on behalfe of his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary against
the said Patrick Daley he having made oath to the Same &.c

             Ordered by the Court that John Caldwell and Ebenezer Handy both of Somerset County Gentleman
agree with some person or persons to build a good and sufficient bridge over the Creek in Nanticoke Marshes
that the road Croses Over that Leads to vianna ferry and they to make their Report to the Next Court and
the builders to be allowed for the Same at the Next Levey Court &.c

       Ordered by the Court that Messuires John Caldwell Ebenezer Handy Edward Rownd and James Rownd
Inspect and Order the Clearing of a road from the head of Wickacomoco River over the head of Pocomoke
by Samuel Trewitts to the main Road at Buckingham &.c    and that the said Samuel Trewitt be Overseer of
the Road from Pocomoke to wickacomoco and that And.w Smith be Overseer of the road from Buckingham
to Pocomoke to the Said Trewitts &.c
