Promise that he the said William the said Two pounds five Shillings to
the Said Archibald when he should be thereunto Requested he would well
and faithfully pay and Content Nevertheless the Said William his
promise and assumption aforesaid in forme aforesaid made nothing
Regarding Regarding But plotting and fraudulently Intending
the said Archibald is his Lifetime and the said Robert Since the
Deceas of the said Archibald in that part Craftilly and Subtilly to
Deceave and Defraud the said two pounds five Shillings to the
said Archibald in his Life time or to the aforesaid Robert in his
Capacity aforesd since the Decease of ^ye^ Said Archibald hath not paid or
Contented nor to Either of them hath paid or Contented altho the same
to do the said William by the said Archibald in his Life time to witt
on the aforesd tenth day of June in the year aforesd and often afterwards
and by the said Robert since the decease of the said Archibald to witt
on the first Day of may ann Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty
and often afterwards at Somerset County aforesd Within Juris
aforesd he was thereunto Requested but the same to the said
Archibald in his ^life^ time or to the aforesd Robert in his said
Capacity to pay hath refused and the said William the same to
the said Robert in his Capacity to pay Still doth Refuse and deny
Whereupon he saith he is worse and hath damage to Value of
four pounds tenn Shillings Currant money of maryland aforesd
and thereupon he brings Suit and brings into Court here his
lett.rs of Admrion by which &.c
