The Execution of this Commission appears in a Schedule thereto Annexed
                                                                       Tho.s Dashiel Rob.t Jones

Depositions of Wittnesses Taken on a Tract of Land in Somerset
County Called Elliots Choice the 29.th of Aprill 1731 before Thomas Dashiel
Robert Jones and John Elzey by Vertue of a Commission Issued out of
Somerset County Court bearing Date the 24.th Day of November 1730 the said
Commissioners having first been Duly Qualified and having Given
Notice according to the form of the act of assembly in that Case &.c

John Laws aged 55 Years or thereabouts Deposed and Sworn on the holy
Evangelist of Almighty God Saith that he was present at a Review of
the Land Commissioners on a tract of Land Called Ellets Choice and then
he heard John Windsor Sen.r make oath that Francis Roberts told
him that pine Stump (at which this Deponant now Stands) was the
bounder of Ellots Choice and further this Deponant Saith that John
Roberts alias Grandee then make Oath that Francis Roberts told him
that the aforesaid pine Stump was the first bounder of Ellots Choice the
Said Stump Stands on the Southermost End of Edw.d Roberts Plantation
by the side of his Cleared Ground and North Eighty five Degrees
West twenty three pole from a marked Gum the first bounder of a perch
of Land belonging to Richard Wallace Called friends acceptance and
further saith not

Thomas Laws aged 42 Years or thereabouts Deposed and Sworn on the
holy Evangelist of Almighty God Saith that he was present at the view
of the Land Commissioners on a tract of Land Called Ellots Choice and
then he heard John Windsor Sen.r make oath that Francis Roberts
told him that pine Stump (Described in John Laws Deposition
above said was a bounder of Ellots Choice and further this Deponant
Saith that John Roberts alias Grandee made oath that Francis
Roberts told him that the aforesaid pine stump was the first bounder
of Ellots Choice and further Saith not

Joseph Roe aged 34 Years Deposed and Sworn on the Holy Evangelist of
Almighty God Saith that he being present at a Review of the Land Commissioners
on a tract of Land Called Ellots Choice heard John Windsor Sen.r
make oath that Francis Roberts told him that the pine Stump
Described in John Lawes Deposition above said was a bounder of
Ellots Choice and further this Deponant Saith that John Roberts alias
Grandee then made oath that Francis Roberts told him the aforesaid
pine Stump was a bounder of Ellots Choice and further Saith not
Mathew Wallace aged 31 Years or thereabouts Deposed and Sworn on
the holy Evangelist of Allmighty God Saith he being present at a
Review by the Land Commissioners on a tract of Land Called Ellots
                                                                                              Choice
