Whereupon the Said William Horsey with William Revill and Donnock Dennis Jun.r his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons did Acknowledge themselves ^owe^ to his said Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary in manner and forme following Viz.t the aforesd W.m Horsey in fifty pounds Ster and the aforesd William Revell and Donnock Dennis Jur in twenty five pounds Ster Each Good and Lawfull money of England of there Severall Goods and Chattels Lands and tenements to the Use of His said Lordship his heir and Successors to be made and Levied if Default to be made in the Condition Hereunder Written &.c The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bounden Wm Horsey Shall personally appear before the Justices of his Lords County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March Next to answer unto his Said Lordship Concerning what shall be then and there abjected against him on his Said Lordships behalfe and Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and doe not depart the Same Court without Leave and in the Meane time that he be of the Good behaviour towards his Said Lordship and all his Good people &.c then the above Recognizance be void and of None Effect Otherwise &.c Likewise it is ordered by the Court that a Certain Patrick Burke Give Recognizance in five pounds Sterling for his appearance at March Court Next for to Give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary against William Horsey &.c Whereupon the Said Patrick Burke being present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary in the Sum of five pounds Sterling Good and Lawfull money of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if default be made in the Condition hereunder written The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bounden Patrick Burke shall personally appear before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the the third tuesday of March Next and then and there Give Such Evidence as he knows against William Horsey on behalfe of his Said Lords^hip^ and do not depart that Court without Leave &.c then the above Recognizance to be void and of None Effect Otherways &.c
