130 And Shall make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March Next to answer unto his Said Lordship of and Concerning what Matters Shall be Objected against him on his Said Lordships behalfe and Stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do not depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof and in the Meane time that he be of the Good behaviour towards his Said Lordship and all his Good people &.c then the above Recognizance to be void and of None Effect Otherwise &.c Likewise it is ordered by the Court That John Carr Lewis Disharoon, Edward Maglamery, James King and Daniel Lingoe Give recognizance in twenty pounds Sterling for their appearance at March Court Next to Give evidence against the Said Thomas Duncan at Suit of his Lordship &.c whereupon the Said John Carr, Lewis Disharoone, Edward Maglamery James King and Daniel Lingoe all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged them selves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands & tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if default be made in the Condition hereunder written The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bounden John Carr, Lewis Disharoone, Edward Maglamery James King and Daniel Lingoe and every of them do make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March next and then and there Shall Give Such Evidence as they Know against the Said Thomas Duncan on behalfe of his Lordship and do not depart thence without Leave of that Court that then the above Recognizance to be Void and of None Effect Otherwise &.c
his Security discharged &.c whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd George Layfeild Give New Recognizance with One Security for his Good behaviour and appearance at March Court next &.c Thereupon a Certain Thomas Layfeild and acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling of his Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen the afd George Layfeild fail in the Condition hereunder written &.c The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the abovesaid George Layfield Shall personally appear before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march next then and there to answer unto his Said Lordship of what shall be Objected against him and Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and in the Mean time to be of the Good behaviour &.c then the above Recognizance to be void and of none effect Otherwise &.c |
