Nine Came againe as well the aforesaid Thomas Billings and Catherine his wife as the afd Thomas Baker by their attorneys afd
and hereupon the same Thomas prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court and he hath it and the
same day is given to the aforesaid Plfts here also

             Att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty
Came again as well the aforesaid Thomas Billings and Catherine his wife as the aforesaid Thomas Baker by their attorneys
afd and hereupon the same Thomas Baker prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court and he hath
it and the same day is given to the aforesaid plfts here also

       Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of August Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Came
again as well the aforesaid Thomas Billings and Catherine his wife as the afd Thomas Baker by their attorneys aforesaid
and here upon the said Thomas Billings and Catherine his wife pray Execution against the afd Thomas Baker of the
debt and damages aforesaid to him adjudged and the afd Thomas Baker says nothing in barr or hindrance of Execution aforesaid
of the afd Plfts by which the Same plfts Remaineth against the afd deft thereof undefended

          Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid Thomas Billings and Catherine his wife Executrix of the aforesaid W.m
White dec.d have their Execution against the aforesaid Thomas Baker of the debt and damages aforesaid  Likewise that the afd
Thomas Billings and Catherine his wife according to the form of the Statue in such Case Lately made and Provided Recover against
the aforesaid Thomas Baker three hundred and thirty Seven                                     pounds of tobacco for his Costs Charges and
337   Damages sustained by Occasion of delay of Execution of the debt and damages aforesaid &c

was attached to answer unto William Whaley of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c
             And whereupon the said William by Levin Gale his attorney Complaines
that whereas the said Thomas the first day of May Anno Dom the said William by Levin Gale his attorney Complaines
aforesaid Within the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto the said William in the Sum of Eleven pounds twelve
shillings and Eight pence Currant money of maryland as by account hereunto annexed may in Court appear and
being so thereof Indebted the said Thomas in Consideration thereof the day and year aforesaid at the County aforesaid
within the Jurisdiction afd upon himselfe did assume and to the said William then and there did faithfully promise
that he the said Thomas the aforesaid Eleven pounds twelve shillings and Eight pence to the Said William when
he Should be thereunto requested he would well and faithfully pay and Content  Nevertheless the said Thomas his
promise and assumption aforesaid in form aforesaid Made nothing Regarding but plotting and fraudulently Intending
the said William in that part craftilly to deceive and defraud the said Eleven pounds twelve shillings and Eight
pence to the said William altho' the same to doe the said Thomas by the said William on the aforesaid first day of May
in ye Year aforesaid and often afterwards at the County aforesaid within the Jurisdiction aforesaid he was thereunto
requested hath not paid but the Same to him hitherto to pay or in any sort for the Same to Content hath refused
and Still doth refuse and deny to the damage of the Said William of twenty two pounds money afd and thereupon

And the said Thomas Pridex by George Dashiell his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury when &.c and prays

Att which said next Court to witt Eighteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty
twenty Nine Came again as well the afd William Wale as the afd Thomas Predix by their attorneys afd
