    John Cavanough appears according to his Recognizance for good behaviour and he and his Securitys were
accordingly discharged &.c

Charles Henderson appears according to his recognizance for his Good behaviour and he and his Securitys were
accordingly discharged &c 

John Stewart Merchant appears according to his recognizance for the Good behaviour and is discharged he and
his Security &c

    Sarah Stevens appears according to her recognizance for the Good behaviour and is discharged she and her
Security &c

                                     Patrick Daley appears according to his recognizance and is discharged he and his Security
therefrom &c

Caleb Harris, Teague Riggin, John Denston and Thomas Cantwell appears according to their Recognizance to
evidence against Patrick Daley on behalfe of his Lordship and were accordingly discharged &c

June the 15.th 1731
    We of the Orphan Jury for Somerset County by Information of John Tull and John
Onorton do present a Certain David Hazzard for Getting and Carrying of Rail Timber
of the Lands belonging to the Son and Orphan of Marke Canady deceased which Said Orphan is now
Living at William Oshahanna's

       Thereupon COmmand was Given to the Sherr of Somerset County that he Should Cause to Come before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset the Said David Hazzard if &.c to answer &.c and afterwards
in the Same Court Came the Said David Hazzard in his proper person and for as much as the presentment
aforesaid appeared to the Court to be Insufficient in the Law for the Convicting of the Said David
Hazzard on account of premisses aforesaid      Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the
presentment afd be quashed &.c and that the afd David Hazzard be thereof quiet &c

Johnson Hill
Johnson Hill Comes hereinto Court in his proper person and prays that his appearance may be
Recorded to Save himselfe from a Certain Recognizance of Bail Entered into for his appearance at this
Court thereupon the Said Johnson Hills appearance is recorded and the recognizance aforesaid
discharged &c    whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the aforesaid Johnson Hill Give new recognizance
in five pounds Sterling for his good behaviour and appearance at Next March Court to answer &c

             Thereupon the said Johnson Hill here present in Court acknowledged Himselfe to Owe and Stand
Justly Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Right honrble the Lord Proprietary in the Sum of five pounds
Sterling Good and Lawfull money of his Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the use of his Said Lordship
the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors to be made and Levided if default be made in the Condition hereunder
