for the aforesaid Child untill Such time please God to restore him to perfect health of body &c


          Patrick Connellly of Somerset County Gent.m present here in Court in his proper
person prays the Court that he may have the Liberty and Errect a hous at the Court house at dividing
Creeks in the County aforesaid on the Land belonging to the Said Court house and Likewise Liberty
of a Garden Spott and timber for the Same &.c  for the premises afd being by the Court Considered
it is by the Court Granted unto the afd Patrick Connelly as praid &c


James Townsend and Teague Donohoe of Somerset County planters present here in Court
prays that they may have the Liberty for to build a house at the Court house at dividing Creeks
in the County aforesaid on the Land belonging to the Said Court house &.c

          the premisses by the Court being Considered it is therefore by the Court Granted unto the
aforesaid James Townsend and Teague Donohoe as praid &c


James Tully of Somerset County planter is appointed by the Court Overseer of the roads in
nanticoke hundred in Stead of [illegible] Edward Kellum for the ensueing year &c


    Upon the mocon of James Dashiel of Somerset County Gent.m for the altering of the
Road by his plantation at Tipquin which is Granted so that the Same be done and altered according
to the directions of Cap.t John MaClester &.c

                   Be it remembred that upon the Sixteenth day of November anno Dom one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came here into Somerset County Court Levin Gale
Clerk of the Indictments of the Said County and for the Said Lord proprietary Gives
the Court to understand and be Informed that James Smith Jun.r Late of Somerset County planter the
thirtieth day of December Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty at the County aforesaid within
the Jurisdiction of this Court did Committ fornication with a Certain Rachell Walton against the
peace of the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his Good rule and Government and also against
the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made and provided whereof the Said Levin Gale for
the Said Lord proprietary prays advisement of the Court herein the premisses &c

          Thereupon Command was Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Should take the Said James Smith
    if &.c to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said James Smith in his proper person and
forth with  he is Demanded [illegible] premisses aforesaid above upon him Imposed
