    The Court agrees with Benjamin Aydelot to keep Ferry Over the Indian River and find a boat and hands
& Give Good attendance thereto untill march Court Next and that he be allowed One thousand pounds of
tobacco for the same to be paid Levy Court &.c


John Donelson
   Guardian to
William Bowen
William Bown son of Edward Bowen Late of Somerset County dec.d being arrived
at full age for the Choseing of his Guardian Came hereinto Court in his proper person
and prays that he may be admitted for to Chose a Certain John Donelson of the County afd
his Guardian &.c which is Granted to him &.c thereupon the Said William Bown makes Chose of the Same John
Donelson as his Guardian &.c      whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the Said John Donelson Give
Recognizance in fifty pounds Sterling for to Comply with the Law in relation to Guardians &c

       Thereupon the said John Donelson present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himself to
Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Said William Bowen in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling to be
Levied on his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said William Bown if default be
made in the Condition hereunder written

                The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bound John Donelson
do and Shall well and truely Comply with the Law in Relation to the Guardianship afd and Likewise
deliver up unto the Said William Bown all his Estate both real and personall that doth of right belong
unto ye Said W.m Bowen peaceably and quietly ^that he shall have in his hands^ when he shall arrive at full age to receive ye Same &.c
then the above Recognizance to be void &c


Elizabeth Robins
         petn
To the worshipfully Court of Somerset County now Sitting the humble petition
of Elizabeth Robins plainly Showeth  Whereas Your Humble petitioner has
       a negro woman Called Hannah which by Reason of age and infirmity of body is become altogether
unserviceable therefore Your humble petitioner humbly prays your worships would be
pleased to Give order that that the Said Negro may henceforth be tax free and humble petitioner shall
as being in duty bound Shall always pray

                            The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had  wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid Elizabeth Robins
be for the future discharged from paying of Leveys for the afd negro Named Hannah as by the petition
aforesaid is praid &.c


Dido angro Girle of John Dennis Jun.r is adjudged by the Court to be of the age of Seven Years &.c


Martha Givans
  hath a Guardian
  appointed
Martha Givans daughter of James Givans Late of Somerset County dec.d Came
hereinto Court and prays that a Guardian may be appointed her She being not of
full age for the Choseing of the Same &c
                                                                                                 Whereupon a Certain John Handy of Somerset
                                                                                                                                                             County
