122 said Thomas of tenn pound money afd and thereupon he brings Suite &c F Allen P Qrte Pledgs dep 8 Jno Doe Ro Roe And the aforesd Francis Henderson by Levin Gale his Attorney Comes and Defends the force and Injury When &.c and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Next Court and he had it and the Same day is Given to the aforesaid Thomas Here also &.c Att Which said Next Court ot Witt the Seventh day of November Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came again as well the aforesd Tho.s Lambden as the aforesd Francis Henderson by their attorneys ^afd^ and whereupon the said Francis Henderson prayed further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Court and he had it and the Same day is Given to the aforesd Thomas here also &c Att Which said Next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of March Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty Came again as well the aforesd Thomas as the aforesd Francis by their attorneys ^afd^ and Whereupon the said Francis prayed further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Court and he had it and the Same day is Given to the aforesd Plef.t here also &.c Att Which said next Court to witt the Fifteenth day of June Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came again as well the aforesd Thomas as the aforesd Francis by their attorneys aforesd and Whereupon the said Francis prayed Further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Next Court and he had it and the Same day is Given to the Thoms her also &.c Att Which said Next Court to witt the Seventh day of August ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came again as well the aforesd Tho.s as the aforesd Francis by their attorney aforesd and Whereupon the said Francis as before Defends the force and Injury when &c and prayed hearing of the writing obligatory aforesd and it is read to him he Like wise prays hearing of the Conditiontion of the said Writting obligatory and it is Read to him and those Words The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Francis Henderson his heirs or Lawfull attorney them or Either of Them shall and doth upon Demand without Delay alienate make over and Confirm unto John Williams above Named and to his heirs and assignes forever a Certain percell of Land to be Laid out of Two tracts the one Called Barren Lott Containing 110 Acres the other Tract Called Landing Purchased Containing 130 Acres that if he the said Francis Henderson his heirs &.c shall and doth as aforesd make over and Confirm a good Sure Indefeas Indefeasable Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple in of and to the said Percell (of) |
