111 Judgment of the Court thereon and do not Depart the same Court without Lycence thereof and in the mean time that he be of the behaviour towards all his said Lordships Good people then the above recognizance to be Void and of None Effect otherwise &a Joseph Hardin appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance at this Court to Give Evidence at Suit his Lordship against William Horsey and is discharged &c Henry Fitzwaters appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his Good behaviour and appearance at this Court &c and is discharged therefrom &c
Thereupon Command was Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Should take the Said Eliz.a Townsend if &.c to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said Eliz.a Townsend in her proper person and whereupon Levin Gale Esq.r who for his Said Lordship in this behalfe prosecutes freely saith herein Court that he will noe further prosecute the Said Eliz.a Townsend on the presentmt afd by Reason of the Insufficiency thereof &a Wherefore it is Considered that the presentmt afd be quashed and that the Said Eliza Townsend be thereof quiet and goe thereof without day &c thereupon at the prayer of the afd Levin Gale the afd Eliza Townsend is Committed into the Custody of the She of Somerset County untill she Give Security for the Severall Officers fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd the Said Sher to witt Joshua being present herein Court took Charge of ye Said Eliz.a Townsend accordingly &c
the premises ^afd^ in Case the Said Robert Bevill doth not do the same &.c
Informed that Sarah Mackrill Late of Somerset County Spinster the tenth day of July and Year afd at the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Committ fornication and had born of her body a bastard Child against the peace of the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his Good rule and Government and also against the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made and provided whereof the Said Levin Gale for the Said Lord proprietary prays advisement of the Court in the premisses &.c L Gale P Dom propry thereupon |
