want thereof the Said Rachel Waltom is Committed into the Custody of the Sher of Somerset County thereto
remain &c the Said Sher to witt Joshua Caldwell of Somerset County Gent present herein Court took Charge of
the Said Rachell Waltom accordingly &.c

Ann Heather
We of the Grand Jury do present Ann Heather daughter of Ephraim Heather of all hallows ^parish^
spinster for bearing of a bastard Child some time about aprill last past Henry Jerman Constable

          Thereupon Command was Given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take the Said Ann Heather
          if &.c to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said Ann Heather in her proper person
          and being by the Sher Set to the barr whereupon Levin Gale who for his Said Lordship in this behalfe prosecutes
          by Judgm.t of the Court freely saith that he will not against the afd Ann Heather further prosecute
          on the presentment afd     
                                                Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid Ann Heather of the premisses afd
          be Quiet and Goe thereof without day &.c

Dunkin Murray
We of the Grand Jury for the body of Somerset County do present Dunken Murray of allhollows
parish on the seaside in Synapuckson for keeping a false mash measure on Stopt
                                                                                    Charles Rackliffe Foreman

       Thereupon Command was Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Should take the Said Dunkin Murray
       if &.c afterwards to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same Court Came here the Said Dunkin Murray
       in his proper person and whereupon Levin Gale who for his Said Lordship in this behalfe prosecutes
    by the Judgmt of the Court freely saith that he will not against the afd Ann Dunkin Murray further
    prosecute on the presentment afd by Reason of the Insufficiently thereof &c
       Therefore it is Considered that the presentm.t afd be quashed  And that the afd Dunkin Murray be quiet
    and Goe thereof without day &.c

Alexander Gordon
We of the Grand Jury for the body of Somerset County do present Alexander Gordon merch.t
of wickacomoco hundred in Stepney parish for keeping an unlawfull measure or halfe
bushell          Robert Nox Informer         Charles Racklife foreman
                                        Thereupon Command was Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Should take the said
Alexand.r Gordon if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him Should Safe keep so that he might have his
body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of August then next to answer his Lordship of the presentment afd and that thereof he Should
fail &.c      Att which Said third tuesday of august to witt the Seventeenth day of the Same month anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty One being the day of the return of the Said Writt Cometh the Sher of
Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Comes and makes Return thereof to the Court here
