Steph.n Costan
      Chose his
Guardian
Stephen Costan son of Stephen Costan being of full age to Chose his Guardian according
to Law Comes into Court and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain John
Harper as his Guardian which is Granted &.c  thereupon the said Stephen Costan
    Makes Chose of the afd John Harper as his guardian whereupon it is ordered by the Court
    that the Said John Harper take all the Estate of the said Stephen Costan the Younger
    both Reall and Personall under his Care and that M.r Peter Benton deliver the Same
    and further it is ordered by the Court that the afd John Harper give security to Comply
    with the Law in Relation to Guardians and to deliver up unto the said Stephen Costan all
    his Estate peaceably and quietly when he Shall arrive at full age to receive the Same &.c

       Whereupon the afd John Harper with Thomas Brereton and W.m Porter of the seaside ^his Securitys^
    all present herein Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly and debted Indebted
    unto the said Stephen Costan in the Sum of One hundred pounds sterling good and Lawfull
    mony of England of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and seperately
    to be made and Levied for the Use of the afd Stephen Costan if default be made
    in the Condition here under written &c

                      The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bound Jn.o
Harper do well and faithfully Comply with the Law in every Respect in Relation to the
Guardianship of the afd Stephen Costan, and Likewise peaceably and quietly deliver
up unto the afd Stephen Costan all his Estate both Reall and Personall &.c then the above
Recognizance to be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c

   
John Cornwell
    bound to
Saml Tarr
    John Cornwell son of John Cornwell dec.d is bound by the Court unto
Sam.l Tarr untill he arrives at the age of twenty one Years the said
John Cornwell being ten years of age the twenty Second day of february
       next the said John Cornwell to Serve the afd Saml Tarr Well ^and^ faithfully the full term
       of time afd,  In Consideration of which servitude the Said Saml Tarr undertakes for
       to Learn ye said John Cornwell during her Servitude the trade of a Shoemaker and to read
       well in the bible and at the Expiration of his servitude to give him a new Suite of Cloaths &c
       whereupon the Said Sam.l Tarr is ordered to give security to Comply with the Covenants afd

                      Thereupon the afd Saml Tarr with Hutton Hill his security both prersent herein
       Court in their proper persons acknowledged them Selves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the
       afd John Cornwell in the sum of twenty pounds Ster good and Lawfull mony of England of their
       bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements seperately to be made and Levied for the Use of the
       afd John Cornwell his heirs and assignes if default be made in the Condition hereunder written &.c
