And the afd John Blizard Ex.r as afd by George Dashiell his attorney Comes and defends the
force and Injury when &.c and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court &
he hath it and the same day is Given to the afd James Martin & Mary his wife here also &.c

             Att which said next Court to witt the Ninteenth day of March Anno Dom one
thousand Seven hundred and twenty Seven Came againe the afd James Martin and Mary his wife
Executrix as afd by their attorney afd and pray that the afd John Blizard Executor as afd to their
writt of Scirefacias afd may answer but the same John Blizard altho' Solemnly Called Comes
not but makes default nor Shews Cause why &.c

                        Therefore it is Considered by the Court here the Same day and Year Last mentioned
that the afd James Martin and Mary his wife Executrix as afd have their Execution
against the afd Jno Blizard Executor of the afd William Pepper for Fifteen hundred and
ninteen pounds of tobacco their debt afd at two hundred and Seventy five pounds of tobacco
210   their damages in the Judgmt afd Specified as also Two hundred and Ninteen
pounds of tobo for their Costs and damages sustained by Occasion of Delay of Execution of
the Judgm.t afd according to the form of the Statute in such Case Lately made and provided
to be Levied of the goods and Chattells which were of the afd William Pepper at the time
of his death Remaining in the hands of the afd John Blizard to be administred if so much
thereof in his hands he hath and if so much thereof in his hands he hath not than the Costs and
Damages Last mentioned to be Levied of the proper goods and Chattells of the afd Jno Blizard &c

                attached to answer unto James Martin & Mary his wife Exrx
                of the Last will & testam.t of Rob.t Martin Late of Somrsett
              County dec.d of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a
                         And Whereupon the Same James & Mary by Levin Gale their attry Complaines
                 that whereas the afd Will.m the tenth day of May one thousand Seven hundred and
    twenty four at Somrsett Co.ty afd within the Jur of this Court was Indebted to the same
    Robert in his Lifetime in the Sum of Eleven hundred & Sixty Six pd.s of tob.o as by
    an acc.t thereof hereunto annexed & into Court here brought & so thereof being Indebted
    the said Will.m afterwards (viz.t) the same day & year afd at the Co.ty afd within the
    Jur afd in Consideration upon himselfe assumed & the Same Robert in his lifetime
    then & there faithfully Promised that he when afterwards he Shou'd be thereto
    required be the afd Sum of Eleven hundred & Sixty Six pd.s of tob.o to the Same robert
    Wou'd well & faithfully Content & Pay Nevertheless the Said Will.m his promise &
    assumption afd in form afd made Little Regarding & Plotting & Fraudulently
    Intending the Same Robert in his Lifetime & the afd Mary since his death to
    Whome Execution of the Judgmt Last Will and testam.t of the Same Robert
    Since his death & Whilst She was Sole was in Due form of Law Committed
    And the afd James & Mary Since the Espousals between them was Celebrated
