of philadelphia and made oath that

John Hendrey is a Just and true Account in all its articles of Debt and Creditt and that the
said Hendrey in indebted to him the said Allexander twenty two pounds Nine shillings & Nine
pence halfe peny
                               In testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and the seal
of the said Coty this 15.th day of September in the first year of His Majesty's reign

A Copy of the foregoeing Declaration and acco.t were made and Sent to be Served on the def.t with the
writt in the plea afd
                         Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the Ninteenth day of the same month
Ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty Seven being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh
the said Alexander Woodrop by his attorney afd and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing
writt was directed  Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these
words following viz.t            Cepi Corpus                  P Francis Allen sher

       And whereupon the said John Hendrey appears and thereupon the said Jn.o Hendry at the prayer
of the Plfts attorney afd is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd but for want thereof
the said John Hendrey is Committed into the Custody of the sherr of somersett County there to remain &.c

       Whereupon the said Jno Hendry in Custody as afd by George Dashiell his attorney Comes and
defends the force and Injury when &.c and pray's that in favour of Liberty he may have a tryall
in Custody which is granted &.c  Afterward in the Same Court the same attorney of the afd Deft
Saith that he is not Informed by the Same Jno his Clyant of any answer for the afd Jn.o to the
