Upon the mocon of Levin Gale Esq.r to be admitted as gardient to a Certain Eliz.a Andrews a minor &.c which
is granted &c (untill she arrives of full age to Chose the Same) he Complying with the Law in relation
to Gardian's &c

To the Worshipfull Justices of Somersett County now in Court Sitting the petition of
William Jones      Humbly Sheweth
                                                                               Whereas your Petitioner hath a title to some Lands
adjacent to a tract now in the Possession of Edward Beachamp (Called Buck ridge) on which the bounds
of which tract, Your Petitioners Lands has a dependance for which reason prays your worships to
appoint Commissioners Pursuant to act of assembly to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the bounds
afd and your Petition as in duty bound prays

                            The Petition afd being read and heard and Mature deliberation thereupon had
Wherefore it is considered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the afd William Jones as by the
petition afd is praid and that Ephraim Willson, Jeffr'y Long, John Trahearn and Boaz Walston
be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission according to Law &c

To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County in Court Judicially Sitting
              The Petition of John Donelson, Adam Spence Sen.r, Edward Rownd
James Martin and Thomas Robins of somersett County humbly sheweth
That your Petitioners are Possessed of Severall Lotts in Snow hill Town in the County afd the
boundary's whereof are decayed and the wittnesses to prove them Antient and Infirm

                         Your Petitioners therefore pray a Commission to such Persons as your worships
shall think proper to Examine Wittnesses (to perpetuate the severall bounds of the said Lotts) according
to the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made and provided and your Petitioners as in
duty bound will pray         Jno Donelson, Adam Spence, Edwd rownd, James Martin, Tho robins

                      The Petition afd being read and heard and Mature deliberation thereupon had
                                  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the afd
John Donelson, Adam Spence, Edwd rownd, James Martin, and Thomas Robins as by the petition
afd is praid And that Jno Scott, Fran Allen, Thomas Peal, and Hugh Porter be Commissioners to
Execute the same Commission according to Law &c
