to Owe and stand Justly Indebted unto the said Dorothy and James Phillips orphans as afd in the sum
of Twenty Seven pounds Curr.t mony to be Levied of the Bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly
and Seperately for the Use of the said Dorothy and James Phillips their heirs and assignes if default be
made in the Condition hereafter written &c

                The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bounden John Jones his
heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs or any or Either of them do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above Named
Dorothy or James Phillips the Sum of thirteen pounds ten Shillings according to Law and the will
of the said Richard Phillips dec.d when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c  Then the
above recognizance to be voide otherwise to remain in full force and virtue otherwise &c

Whereas the Comissary Generall hath Transmitted into this Court the ballance of
the Estate of William Bowen decd Wherein it is found that therein remaines a ballance
of the estate afd in the hands of Rhoda Bowen admrx of the afd William
Bowen decd to one hundred and twenty Seven pounds three Shillings and two pence
in Equall Portions due to Mary, Eliz.a, Will.m John, Catherine and Whittington Bowen Orphans of the
afd William Bowen decd      Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the afd Rhoda Bowen give
security for the afd Ballance according to Law &c
                                                                              Thereupon the said Rhoda Bowen together with
Southy Whittington and William Fasitt her Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons
Acknowledged themselves to Owe and stand Justly Indebted unto the afd Mary, Eliz.a William, John
Catherine and Whittington Bowen orphans as afd in the sum of two hundred and fifty four pounds
six shillings and six pence Curr Mony to be Levied upon the bodys goods or Chattells Lands and tenements
Joyntly and Severally for the Use of the afd Mary, Eliz.a William, John, Catherine and Whittington
Bowen their heirs and assigns if default be made in the Condition hereunder written

                      The Condition of the above recognizance is Such that if the above Bounden Rhoda
Bowen her heirs Executors and Adm.rs do and Shall well and Truely pay or Cause to be paid unto
the abovesaid Mary, Eliz.a, William, John, Catherine and Whittington Bowen their heirs or assignes the
Sum of one hundred and twenty Seven pounds three shillings and two pence in Equall Portions according
to Law and appraisment when they shall arrive at full age to receive the Same &c   Then the above
Recognizance to be void and of None Effect Otherwise &c

unto Mary, Richard, Phiilis and Eliz.a Nicholson orphans of the afd richard Nicholson
in the hands of a Certain Jn.o Hitch the sum of forty pounds one shilling and ten Pence Currt mony to be
paid them according to will and appraisment &c

                                  Whereupon It is Ordered by the Court that the afd Jno Hitch give good
