the said Thomas Sirman in the sum of fifty Pounds Sterling good and Lawfull mony of
England Joyntly and Severally to be Levied of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements
for the use of the said Thomas Sirman his heirs or assignes if default be made in the Condition
hereunder written
                                     The Condition of the above recognizance is Such that if the said John
Collins do and Shall in every Respect Comply with the Law in Every Respect in relation to
Gardians &.c  Then the above recognizance to be void otherwise &c

     Pet.n to Turn ye road
    To the Worshipfull Justices of somersett County now in
court sitting
                                                                       The humble Petition of Henry Schoolfield
Plainly sheweth
                                  That Whereas your humble Petitioner prays Your worships
would grant him Liberty to turn the Road as your worships was pleased to grant to M.r
William Holland some few Years Past only Rownd his pasture fence by the mill dammside
your petitioner being much Damaged by the trespassing of Creatures and your
Petitioner is in duty bound shall Every pray               Henry Schoolfield

          The Petition afd being Read and heard and Mature deliberation thereupon had
It is therefore Considered by the Court here that the afd Henry Schoolfield have the Liberty
of turning the road as by the petition afd is praid he first making the new road as good and
Passable as the Old road &c


George Phebus
        Petn
     To the Worshipfull his Lordships Justices of Somersett County
in court now sitting
                                                                   The Petition of George Phebus Humbly
sheweth
                      That Whereas ^your petitioner^ hath a decriped old negro man and very dim sighted and
uncapable of Doing any Service therefore your Petitioner prays that your worships would
be pleased to sett him Tax free and your Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                      The Petition afd being read and heard and mature deliberation thereupon had
Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Negro of the afd George Phebus
be for the future tax free as by the petition afd is praid &c

Ordered by the Court that Thomas Collins be Overseer of the road in Baltemore hundred
for the Ensuing Year in stead Jno Patrick &c

Ordered by the Court that John Caldwell Jun.r be Overseer of the road in the Stead
of John Read &c
