Ordered by the Court that George Willson of Somersett County be discharged from paying
of Levies for the future &c

Order'd by the Court that for the future that any road that has been Limitted
by the County Court ^of Somersett^ be altered and turned by any Person what soever Except the
said new road that's to be made be as good and as near as the Old &c

Upon the moton of Levin Gale of Somersett County to have a Commission to Examine
evidences on behalfe of himselfe Capt Jn.o and Joseph McClester's in relation to the bounds
of their Lotts of Land Lying in white haven Town Lying in the County afd &c

    The premisses Considered Its thereupon Granted by the Court that a Commission
Issue to the said Levin Gale Jno McClester and Jos McClester as afd is praid &c
and that Robt King, Jno Leatherbury, Thomas Gillis and William Bozman be Commissioners
to Execute the same Commission &c

    ye s.d Tobias in Consideration thereof afterwards to wit ye Same day & year
    afd at ye Co.ty afd within ye Jur afd upon himselfe assumed & to ye same
