Duces Tecum for 231 of tob.o the said robert Trueman being present here
in Court is Committed into the Custody of the sherr of Somersett County thereto remain
untill the said Patrick Burn of the said two hundred and thirty one
Pounds of tobacco should be fully Satisfyed &c thereupon the said sherr took Charge of the said
Robert Trueman accordingly &c

    John Bishop

     Command was given to the Coroner of Somersett County that he should
take John Bishop Junr Late of somersett County planter al.s Dict John Bishop
                            Jun.r of Somersett County planter ^&^ if he should be found in his bailywick and him should
    should safe keep so that he might have his Body Before the Justices of his Lordship's County Court
    of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem then next to Satisfie Francis
    Allen as well of a Certain Debt of Eight thousand pounds of tobacco which the same Francis in
    the County Court afd before the Justices thereof Recovered against him, as of three hundred and seventy
    four pounds of tobacco which to the same Francis in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which
    he had by Occasion of the detaining of the same Debt whereof he is Convict &c and that thereof he
    should not faile &c      

       Att which said third tuesday of November to witt the twenty first day of the same month
    anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty seven being the day of the returne of
    the said writt cometh the said Francis Allen by Levin Gale his attorney, and the said John  
    Bishop in custody of the Coroner afd Likewise cometh and the said John Bishop being
    by the coroner sett to the Barr &.c      Whereupon the said John Bishop at the prayer of
    the afd Francis by his attorney afd is committed into the Custody of the said Coroner there to remain
    untill the said Francis of the debt and ^damages^ not afd should be fully satisfied:   Thereupon
    the said Coroner to witt John Purnall Gent present here in Court took Charge of the said John
    Bishop accordingly &c
