of the afd Jn.o Dec.d the Promiss & assumption afd of the afd Jno Collins decd
so as afd made not regarding butt Plotting & fraudulently Intending the
afd Jn.o MaClester in yt part to Defraud & Deceive Neither the afd John
Collins in his Lifetime nor the afd Tho.s Ralph & Jn.o Collins his adm.rs
since his Death the afd sum of two pounds fourteen Shills & five pence or
any part thereof to ye Same Jn.o MaClester have paid or him for it in any
wise Contented although the Same to doe the Said Jn.o Collins dec.d
in his Lifetime afterwards to witt ye tenth day of June Seventeen hundred &
twenty five at ye Co.ty ^afd^ within the afd Jur was thereto requested but the sd
ye same hitherto to pay have altogether refused & the said Tho.s Ralph &
John Collins the adm.rs the Same to pay or the said Jn.o MaClester in
anywise for it to Content Still do refuse whereby ye said Jn.o MaClester
says he is worse & hath Dam to ye value of five pd.s Currt mony ^&^ thereof
he brings this suite &a         L Gale P Quer Pledges &.a J Doe R Roe

they have it and the Same day is given to the afd Plft here also

          Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of June anno Dom One thousand seven
and twenty six Came again as well the afd John MccClester as the afd Thomas Ralph and John Collins by
their attorneys afd  And Whereupon the said Thomas Ralph and John Collins by there said attorney
pray further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and they have it and the same day
is given to the afd Plft here also

       Att which said Next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of August Anno Dom One thousand seven
       hundred and twenty six Came again as well the afd John MccClester as the afd Thomas Ralph and
