that he when afterwards he should be thereto requested he the afd sum of two
thousand Six hundred and twenty pounds of tobacco to the same Joseph he would
well and faithfully Content and pay Nevertheless the said robert his promise
and assumption afd in form afd made not regarding But plotting & fraudulently
Intending him ye same Joseph in that part Craftilly & Subtilly to defraud &
deceive the afd Robert ye afd sum of two thousand six hundred & twenty pd.s
of tob.o or any part thereof to the same Joseph he hath not paid or him
for it in any wise Contented altho' ye same to do ye afd Robert afterwards
viz.t ye same day and year afd at the County afd & within ye afd Jur by the
same Joseph was requested but he ye same hitherto to do hath altogether
Refused and still doth refuse whereby the same Joseph says he is worse
and hath damage to the value of five thousand pounds of tob.o and thereof
he Brings this suite &.c            Levin Gale P Quer pledges &.c Jn Doe R Roe
