          November Court       1727            42

       hundred pounds Sterling  Likewise Thomas Peal and Benjamin Marchant both of the County afd
       Present here in Court in their propersons undertakes for the said John White and acknowledged themselves
       to Owe unto the Said Sam.l Collins the Younger the sum of fifty pounds Sterling Each to be
       Seperately Levied upon their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the afd
       Sam.l Collins the Younger his heirs and assignes in Case the said John White fail in the Condition here
       under Written &c

The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above Bound John White do Comply
with the Law in every Respect in Relation to gardians and deliver up unto the afd Saml Collins ye
Younger when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same all the Estate that he hath in his hands
both real and Personall &.c  then the above recognizance to be void & of None Effect otherwise &c


William Furnace brings his negro Boy Appo into Court and prays the Judgm.t of the
court how old the said Negro Boy is      whereupon the Court are of opinion and do adjudge the said
Negro Boy Appo to be of the age ^of^ Fourteen Years &c


    Ordered by the Court that the Clerk and Cryer and all other Officers, Immediate under the
direction of Somersett County Court, Charge noe other fees for the future than according to a Limitation
in an act of assembly Entituled an act for regulating of officers fees &c made at a Sessions of assembly
held at the City of Annapolis in the year 1725  Under the Penaltys Imposed on Such Persons as should
charge their Fees Contrary to said act &c


Sarah a negro Girle Belonging to Thomas Williams is adjudged ^by the Court^ to the age of Eleven Years &c


Sissel a negro Girle of James Robertson is adjudged by the Court unto the age of Nine Years

Robin a negro Boy of Henry Miles is adjudged by the Court to the age of Nine Years &c

Whereas a Certain Daniel Cordery of Somersett County was appointed by said County Court
as Gardian to a Certain William Stevens an Orphan and since that the said Cordery was about
to remove Out of the County afd and the Said Orphan being Immediate under the Care of the County
Court afd   Now hereat this day to witt the twenty first day of November Anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and twenty Seven Came into Court the said Daniel Cordery and delivers up unto the
said Court the afd William Stevens orphan afd to be dealt with according to Law &c

    Whereupon a Certain Samuel Dorman of the County afd is by the same Court ^appointed^ as Gardian
to the said William Stevens, and that he take into his hands and Possession all the Estate of
the the said Wm Stevens both reall and Personall which ye said Cordery had under his Care &c
