Christopher Nutter
& W.m Mores
            Petition

     To the Worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Somersett
County now in Court Sitting the Petition of Christopher Nutter and
William More Humbly sheweth that whereas your Petitioners Lands hereafter
             mentioned are Joyning and Contiguous they having all relation to One Bounder
             or near to One another vizt Lands Called Ross belonging to Christopher Nutter and Chelse
             belonging to William More Part of it and a tract in the Middle formerly taken up by John
    Evens called mulmuth on which Ross depends and we having a Joynt and mutual desire
    to have the bounders of the said three tracts of Land better known and assertained then
    now they are therefore humbly Craves your worships to Constitute and appoint Such
    Gentlemen as you think fitt for that End to take the Evidences and depositions to said Bounder
    or bounders and to do in that Case as the Law requires and your Petitioner as in duty bound
    shall pray &c                                                                                  Christopher Nutter

             The Petition afd being Read and heard and mature deliberation thereupon had &c
             wherefore it is Considered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the afd Christopher
             Nutter and W.m More as by the Petition afd is Prayd and that John Caldwell
             Thomas Humphrys, Robert Givans and James Weatherley be Commissioners and
             Execute the same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided
             &c


Samuel Collins Chose
    his Gardiant
Samuel Collins son of Samuel Collins dec.d being of full age
for the Choseing his gardian Comes into Court in his proper person and
                   Prayes that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain John White of Somersett County
       as his Gardian which is granted &c and ordered by the Court that the said John White
       take into his Care and Possession all the Estate of the Said Saml Collins the Younger both
       Real and Personall and it is further Ordered by the Court that the said John White give
       good security with two securitys to Comply with the Law in relation to gardians and to
       deliver upon Peaceably and quietly unto the said Sam.l Collins the Younger when he shall
       arrive to full age to receive the Same all this Estate that he hath in his hands real and
       personall &c   Whereupon the said John White present here in Court in his proper person  
       acknowledged him selfe to Owe unto the said Samuel Collins the Younger the Sum of One
                                                                                                                               hundred
