An Orphan in her Infancy now under the care of your Petitioner the Bounders of which land is
now like to become Precarious therefore your Petitioner prays your worships in the behalfe
of the afd orphan pursuant to an act of assembly in Such Cases made and provided to appoint
Commissioners to Examine Evidences to prove the Bounders of the afd Land and your Petitioner
as in duty Bound shall Every pray

          The Petition afd being Read and heard and mature deliberation thereupon had  Wherefore
it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd Robert Ware as by the Petition
afd is Praid and that Thomas Williams, Thomas Dixon, Jeffry Long, and Peter Frazer be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission according to an act of assembly in Such Cases made and provided
&c

     Isabell Mills of somersett county Spinster Comes here into Court in her proper
person and Binds her son George Mills unto James Polk untill he arrives
to the age of twenty one years he being Eight months old the fifth day of December
       Next the said George Mills to Serve the said James Polk his heirs and assigns in all Lawfull
       Service as the said James Polk should Imploy him in or about dureing the term afd

                   In consideration of which service the afd James Polk Present here in Court undertakes
       to Learn the said George Mills to read; and to give him a two Years old mare at the Expiration
       of his servitude and to find him Sufficient meat drink washing Loging and Cloathing
       mete for Such a Servant to have and Wear during his Servitude aforesaid &c

       Thomas Cary appointed Constable of Manny Hundred for the Ensueing Year instead of Wm Story

       Isaac Brittingham appointed Constable of Boquetennorton hundred for the Ensuing Year (instead
       of Price Collins) who took ye oaths appointed and Subscribed the oath of abjuration & test

       Littleton Townsend appointed Constable of Pocomoke hundred for the Ensuing Year in Stead of
       James Townsend) who took ye Oaths appointed and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration & Test &c

       Colebourn Taylor appointed Constable of Annamessex hundred for the Ensuing Year (in the stead
       of William Catlin) who took the Oaths appointed and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration & test &.c

       William Furnis appointed Constable of Manocan hundred for the Ensueing Year in the stead of
       Daniel Maddox &c

                                                          Franklin Fasitt appointed Constable of Baltemore hundred
       for the Ensuing Year in the stead of Martin Kennett &c

       Joshua Sturges appointed Constable of Mattapony hundred for the Ensuing Year in Stead
       of Parker Selby &c

       John Huet Nutter appointed Constable of Nanticoke hundred for ye Ensuing Year instead, James Weatherly

       Thomas Hern Constable of wickaccomoco hundred in Stead of Moses Allexander &c
