Somersett fs   Att a court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary
             of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron at Baltemore &.c held at Dividing
       Creek in the County afd by his Lordship's Commissioners and Justices of the Peace the
       third tuesday of Novem being the twenty first day of the same month and in the
       twelfth Year of his Said Lordships Dominion &.c  Anno Dom 1727

Francis Allen Gent makes Return of a pannell of Grand Jurors as follows vizt

And thereupon Proclamation being made by the Cryer according to Common form &.c
the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled being severally Called Over by their Names do
appear as above and thereupon they are Sworn and Charged and sent Out to consider
&c   soon after ye Grand Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charged as afd return
into Court and Severally Called Over appear and being asked if they had agreed on any
Presentments or made any Bills of Indictments Returnd the following Bills against
Rixham Townsend Isaac Reynolds and Patience Dighton and Presentments against
Priscilla Langston, Ann Ralph, Comfort Townsend, Ann Crouch, and richard Hudson
thereupon the grand Jurors afd are discharged and ordered that they be allowed five hundred
pounds of tobo for their Publick Service this Court and against the afd Rixham Towndsen
Priscilla Langston, Ann Ralph and Comfort Townsend, Ann Crowch, and richard Hudson
so as afd Indicted and Presented   It is Ordered by the Court that Capias Issue returnable
to the next Court &c

court sitting     the Petition of Robert Ware humbly sheweth &c
       That whereas your petitioner is now possessed of a tract of Land called by the name of
       Wover marsh Containing One hundred and fifty Acres which land belongs to Sarah Kirke
