Content and pay Nevertheless the said Jacob his promise and assumption afd in form afd made
not Regarding but Plotting and fraudulently Intending him the same Joseph in that part
Craftilly and subtilly to Defraud and Deceive the afd six hundred and twenty pd.s of tob.o
or any part thereof to the same Joseph he hath not paid although the same to Doe ye afd
Jacob afterwards viz.t the same day and year afd at the County afd and within the afd Jur
by the same Joseph was requested but he the same hitherto to Do hath altogether Denyed &
still doth Deny whereby the same Joseph says he is worse and hath Damage to the
Value of twelve hundred and Twenty four pounds of tobacco and thereof he

force and Injury when &.c and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court
and he hath it and the same day is given to the afd Plft here also &c

       Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of Novem Ann.o Dom One thousand
seven hundred and twenty O six Came againe as well the afd Joseph MccClester as the afd Jacob
Crouch by their attorneys afd and the said Jacob Crouch by his said attorney thereupon prayed
further Leave to Imparle here unto untill the next Court and he hath it and the same day
is given unto the afd Plft here also &c

       Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven
hundred and twenty six Came again as well the afd Jos: MccClester as the afd Jacob Crouch
by their attorneys afd and the said Jacob Crouch by his said attorney thereupon prayed
further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the same day
is Given unto the afd Plft here also &c
