and twenty Nine Came againe as well the afd John Williamson by his attorney afd as the afd Nathaniel Horsey by his
attorney afd and the afd Nathaniel Horsey by his said attorney and hereupon prayed further Leave to Imparle
hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the Same day is Given tot eh afd plft here also &c

          Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and Twenty Nine Came againe as well the afd Plft as the afd deft by their attorneys af and hereupon the Same
deft by his said attorney prayed further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it and
the Same day is Given to the afd Plft here also &c

                   Att which said next Court to witt the seventeenth day of March anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and Twenty Nine Came againe as well the afd John as the afd Nathaniel by their attorneys afd and whereupon
the afd Nathaniel by his said attorney prays that the afd John May Give security for Costs in Case nonsuite
be obtained against him in the plea afd which is by the Court Granted
                                                                                                       Thereupon a Certain William Marchment of somerset
County Planter present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for the Said John Williamson that in Case
he be nonsuited in the plea afd or Otherwise Legally Cast that then the said John Williamson Shall pay the Condemnation
of the Court thereupon and all Costs accrewing to the said Nathaniel Horsey or that he the said William
Marchment will doe it for him
                                                 Whereupon the afd John Williamson by his said attorney prays that the afd
Nathaniel Horsey to his declaration afd may answer but the same attorney ^of the^ afd Nathaniel says that he is not
Informed by the same Nathaniel his Clyant of any answer for the same Nathaniel to the afd John in the
plea afd to be given and nothing else thereof says by which the Same John Remaineth against the afd the afd
Nathaniel thereof Undefended                     For which the Same John his damages by Occasion of the Non performance
of the promise and assumption afd   Command is Given to the Sherr of Somersett County that by the Oath of honest
and Lawfull men of his baylywick or County afd he diligently Enquire what damages the afd John
hath sustained as well by occasion of the non performance of the promise and assumption aforesaid
as for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part apposed and the Inquisition which
thereupon he takes to his Lordships Justices of the County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek
the third tuesday of June next under your Seal and the seals of them by whose Oath you make ye
Same Inquisition you send together with his said Lordships writt thereof to him directed and the same
day is given to the afd Nathaniel there also &c

          Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the Sixteenth day of The same month anno Dom one thousand
Seven hundred and Thirty before his said Lordships Justices for Somerset County Court at dividing Creek Cometh
the afd John Williamson by his attorney afd and the sherrif to witt John Purnall Gent.m Sherr of
somerset County afd and returned a Certain Inquisition before him at the Court house in somersett County afd
the sixth day of June one thousand seven hundred and thirty by the Oath of honest and Lawfull men of
his bayliwick taken by which it appears that the afd John hath Sustained Damage by Occasion of
the non performance of the promise and assumption afd beyound his Costs and Charges by him about his
suit in that part apposed to four pounds and five pence Currant money of Maryland and for those Costs &
Charges to One pound of tobacco
                                                             Therefore it is Considered that the afd John Williamson Recover ag.t
the aforesaid Nathaniel Horsey his damages afd ^as^ by the Inquisition afd above appears as also five hundred
& thirty three                                             pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that
part apposed to ye same John by ye Court here at his request ^of Increase^ adjudged which Certain Damages in the whole amount to
four pounds and five pence Currant money of Maryland and five hundred and Ninty four                  pounds of
tobacco and ye afd deft in Mercy &c
