and we the said Ephraim Heather and James Rownd do account and value ye said Lands and Plantation &c

Somersett County ss     Nathaniel Horsey late of Somersett County Mariner was
attached to answer unto John Williamson of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c
     And whereupon the said John by Francis Allen his attorney Complaines that
                         Whereas the Said Nathaniel the first day of March anno Dom Seven hundred and twenty
       Six at Somersett County afd within the JUrisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto the said John in tenn
       pounds Ninteen Shillings Curr.t money of Maryland for Service and Labour by the said John for the said Nathaniel
       at the Speciall Instance and request of the Said Nathaniel before that time there done and performed
       as by account hereunto annexed may appear and being so thereof Indebted the Said Nathaniel in Consideration
       thereof the day and Year afd at the County afd upon himselfe did assume and to the Said John then 
       and there faithfully did promise that he the Said Nathaniel the said tenn pounds Ninteen shillings &
       the Said John when thereunto afterwards he should be requested he would well and faithfully pay and
       Content and altho' the Said Nathaniel four pounds Ninteen shillings and three pence pcell of the
       afd tenn pounds Ninteen Shillings to the aforesaid John he hath paid and satisfied yett as to five
       pounds Nineteen Shillings and Nine pence Residue thereof the Said Nathaniel his promise and assumption
       afd in form aforesaid made nothing regarding but plotting and fraudulently Intending the
       said John in that part Craftilly and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the Said five pounds Nineteen
       Shillings and Nine pence to the Said John altho' the Same to do the Said Nathaniel on the aforesaid
       first day of March in the Year afd and often afterwards at the County aforesaid by the said John
       he was thereunto Requested hath not paid or to him for the Same in anywise Contented but the
       same to him hitherto to pay or in any sort to Content hath Refused and still doth Refuse
       and deny whereupon he Saith he is worse and hath damage to the Value of Tenn pounds
       Currant Mony of Maryland and thereupon he brings suite &c

Aprill ye 3.d 1729    THen Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices for
Somersett County John Williamson and made Oath upon the holy Evangelist of Allmighty God that the above
account is Just and true and that he hath Rec.d noe part nor percell more then he has given Creditt for sworn
before me

          And the said Nathaniel Horsey by Levin Gale his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury
when &c and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given to
the afd Plft here also &c
                                    Att which said next Court to witt Ninteenth day of August Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred
