dec.d Should Recover Judgm.t against the afd W.m in a Certain Plea of Debt for Sixteen
Pounds five Shill.s Lawfull Mony of American by y.e same James against the afd W.m in our
Same Court Prosecuted or that the same W.m Should be therein Convict that then y.e same
Will.m the Debt afd & Dam.s Sustained by Occasion of the Detaining of y.e same Debt
which to the same James in our Same Court here in the Plea afd that Should be adjudged
he would Satisfie or his Body in Execution of Such Judgm.t to y.e sher of Somrsett County
would Render or yt he y.e s.d Rand.l West would do the Same for him & altho' the afd James
Breman afterwards to witt the Eighteenth Day of March & Year afd in our same Court before
y.e same Sam.l Hopkins Gent & his associates then our Justices of Somrsett Co.ty Co.t at Dividing
Creek afd & by Consideration of the same Court Recovered against the afd W.m West Sixteen pounds
five Shill.s Lawfull Mony of America his Debt afd & his Dam.s by Occasion of the Detaining
of y.e same Debt of four Hundred & one Pounds of tob.o to y.e same James of his assent by our
Same Court Adjudged whereof he is Convict as by the Records & Proceedings thereof in our
Same Court before our Justices at Dividing Creek afd Manifestly appeareth Nevertheless
y.e afd W.m his Body in Execution of Such Judgm.t to the afd Sher of Somrsett Co.ty hath
not Rendered Nor y.e same W.m y.e Debt & Dam.s afd to y.e afd James Hath not Satisfied Neither
hath the afd Randall Done the Same for him as by the Insinuation of the afd James we
have received & because we are Willing y.t those things which in our Said Court are rightfully
Acted & Acknowledged Ought to be duly Executed we Command you that by Honest & Lawfull men
of your Balywick you Make Known unto y.e afd Rand.l West that he be & appear before our
Justices of our Co.ty Co.t of Somrsett to be Held at Dividing Creek y.e third tuesday of June Next
to Shew Cause if any thing for himselfe he Hath or Knoweth to say wherefore y.e afd
James his Execution Against him of y.e Debt & Dam.s afd to have Ought Not According to
the form of the Recognizance afd if unto him it Shall Seem Expedient & have you then
& there the Names of them by Whom to him you Make the Same Known & this Writt Wittness
W.m Planner Gent one of our Justices of our s.d Co.t y.e twentyeth Day of March in the
Sixteenth Year of our Dominion &.c  Ann.o Dom.r one thousand Seven Hundred & twenty Nine

          Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the Sixteenth day of the same month Anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty being the day of the return of the Said Writt Cometh the said James Breman administrator
as afd by his attorney afd and the Sher of somersett County to witt John Purnall Gent.m at the Same day returned
that he by virtue of the writt afd to him directed he had made known to the afd Randall West by Hugh Porter
and John Doe honest and Lawfull men of his baylywick that he be before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somersett at the day and place afd to shew &.c as to how it was Commanded

                      And the afd Randall West so forewarned and at the same day solemnly Called Cometh
not but makes default
                                        Therefore it is Considered that the afd James Breeman Administrator of the
afd George Gibbs have his Execution against the afd Randall West of the debt and damages afd according to the
force form and Effect of the recovery afd also that the same James Breman according to the form of the statute
in such Case lately made and provided Recover against the afd Randall West three hundred & fifty
353   three   pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges and damages which he sustained by Occasion of delay
of Execution of the debt and damages afd &c
