delivered him by by the afd Abraham Smith and Dennis Hudson and for the delivery of the same againe to the aforesaid
Nehemiah Pointer his heirs or assignes Peaceably and quietly when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same
or Lawfully Required &c
                                                 Whereupon the said William Pointer with Charles Ramsey his security both present
herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto Nehemiah
Pointer in the Sum of Nine pounds Currant money of maryland ^of their good or Chattells Lands or tenements to be made^ to the use of the said Nehemiah Pointer his heirs or
assignes if default be made in the Condition hereunder written &c

                   The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bounden William Pointer do or shall safe
keep all that third part of the Estate to be delivered him as afd and Likewise deliver up unto the afd Nehemiah Pointer ^the same Estate^
when he shall arrive at full age to Receive the Same Peaceably and quietly without fraud and further delay then
the above Recognizance to be void and of None Effect otherwise &c

     This being an action of trespass upon the Case &c  wherein the sherr of Somersett County
to whom the writt in the same action was directed Comes and makes return thereof to the Court
here Endorsed vizt Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher
                         Whereupon the said Charles Croson being Called appears and thereupon the said Charles Croson at
the prayer of the plantifs attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd  Thereupon a Certain John Donelson
of somersett County Gent.m present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for the said Charles Croson
that if in case the afd William Ennalls Shall recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the afd Charles Croson or that
the said Charles Croson Should be therein Convict that then he the Said Charles Croson shall pay the Condemnation of
the Court ^thereupon^ or render his body to the Custody of the sher of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he
the said John Donelson will doe it for him thereupon the said Charles Croson in his own proper person appears
and Imparles till next Court &c

 This being an action of Debt for forty one pounds Currant money &.c wherein the sher of
Somersett County to whom the writt in the Same Action was directed Comes and makes returne
thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following viz.t  Cepi Corpus P Jno Purnall sher
Whereupon the afd Randall West being Called appears and thereupon the said Randall
    West at the prayer of the afd Robert Alexander by his attorney is adjudged to Give Speciall bail to the action afd

                         Thereupon a Certain John Bozman of Somersett County Gent present herein Court in his proper person undertakes
for the said Randall West that if in Case the afd Robert Alexander should recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the afd
Randall West or that the afd Randall West should be therein Convict that then he the said Randall West shall pay the Condemnation
of the Court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the sher of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that
he y.e said John Bozman will do it for him    thereupon the afd Randall West in his proper person appears and Imparles
till next Court &c

against the deft the tenor whereof followeth in these words viz.t

    Somrsett ss:  Charles absolute Lord & Proprietary of y.e s.d Province of maryland
& avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  To y.e sher of Somrsett Co.ty Greeting whereas
a Certain Randall West of Somrsett Co.ty Planter Lately in our Co.ty Co.t
                               of Somrsett heretowitt the Nineteenth day of Novem.r Ann.o Dom.r one thousand
Seven hundred & twenty Eight before Sam.l Hopkins Gent & his associates then our Justices
At Dividing Creek in our Co.ty afd assumed upon himselfe & did undertake for a Certain W.m
West Late of Somrsett Co.ty Planter that in Case a Certain James Breeman Adm.rx of all
& Singular the Goods & Chattles Rights & Creditts of Geo: Gibbs Late of Somrsett County
