    the petition afd be granted as praid and that a Commission Issue &.c   and that Robert King, Thomas Gillis
    Henry Ballard and Lewis Rigsby of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners and Execute y.e Same Commission
    according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

    To the worshipfull Justices of somersett County now Sitting the petition of James
Lindow sheweth that whereas your petitioner is minded and very desireous to have
                a bounder of a tract of Land selled which is Called and known by the name of Piney Point lying in
Pocomoke river in y.e County afd Containing Eight hundred acres therefore your petitioner humbly prayeth that
your worships would be pleased to appoint and authorise fitt persons to Examine Evidences and take
their depositions with relation thereunto according to an act of assembly in Such Cases made and provided
and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

       a Commission Issue to the afd Jam.s Lindow as by the petition afd is praid and that John Scott
William Lane, Hugh Porter, and William Handy of of Somersett County Gentlemen be Commissioners to
Execute the same Commission according to law &c         Jno Scott, Wm Lane & Hugh Porter took y.e oath appointed by law

Daniel Oclary humbly sheweth that whereas your petitioner is now above Seventy Years of
age and not able to Labour whereby to Support himselfe and family those are therefore humbly
to pray that your worships will Grant Such Order (as in your wisdom you shall think fitt) that your petitioner
may be quitt from payment of Taxes and your petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray &c

                The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Daniel OClary be for the future Levy free as by the
petition afd is praid &c


      Perlina a negro Girle of Charles Dashiell is adjudged by the Court to be of the age of Eleven Years &c

Jacob a negro boy of Charles Dashiell is adjudged by the Court to be of the age of Nine Years &c

Henry a negro of Charles Dashiell is adjudged by the Court to be of the age of Six Years &c

    Upon the mocon of Capt John Tunstall for to have his Negro Named Roger tax free &.c wherefore the Court
having duly Considered the same   therefore it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd Negro Called roger
be tax free for the future &c

Upon the Mocon of Capt John Tunstall on behalfe of a Certain Edward Case who was Antient and Infirm and
past his Labour &c  wherefore the Court haveing duely Considered the Same         therefore it is ordered by the
Court here that the afd Edward Case be for the future tax free &c

Upon the mocon of Christopher Piper for to have his negro Jack tax free &c wherefore it is ordered by
the Court here that the afd Christopher Piper be discharged for the future for paying taxed for y.e Negro afd

Upon the Mocon of Capt William Fasitt on behalfe of a Certain Eliza Nicholson to have her Negro woman
Phillis Tax free &c  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Eliz.a Nicholson be for the future
discharged from paying of fees for the afd Negro Called Phillis &c
