     To the worshipfull Court of Somersett County now sitting    Your Petitioner humbly prays
your worships would be pleased to Nominate such persons as you see mete and fitt as Commissioners
to Examine Evidences in Relation to the bounds of a Certain tract of Land Lying in Copenco neck in y.e
county aforesaid Called Sherbourne and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

       The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore it is Considered by these Justices here that
a commission Issue to the afd Mathew Purnall as by the Petition afd is prayd and that Edward Rownd James Rownd
John Donelson and James Martin all of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
according to Law &c


       Whereas a Certain William Keens of Somersett County being very aged and poor and not able to Labour for a living
                    wherefore it is Considered and Ordered by the Court that John Caldwell and John Handy of Somersett County
    Gent.m agree with some person or persons to take Care keep and find the Said William Keens such necessarys as may
be Sufficient to Support such an antient person in his Condition and they to make their Report to Next August Court
&c

                                                             Whereas it is Represented to this Court that a Certain Lishua White hath a very
sure Legg and hath nothing to Imply a docter with all &c

                Wherefore it is Considered and Ordered by the Court that John Caldwell and John Handy of Somersett County
Gentlemen agree with a docter to Cure her Legg and Likewise agree with Some person or persons to keep the said Lishua White
whilst the docter hath her in cure &.c and they to make their Report to Next Court &c

humbly Sheweth That whereas your Petitioner is in Possession of part
of a tract of Land Called Pomfrett Lying in Somrsett Co.ty on a Creek Called
                Coulbourns Creek and a Certain Ann Tayler being Possessed with a part of the Same
tract & the Bounds Between us being Precarious your Petitioner Prays Your Worships to
apoint Commissioners to Examine Wittnessed Concerning y.e Bounds afd and Your Petitioner as
in Duty Bound Shall Pray                                                                              Will.m Coulbourn

          The Petition afd being read and Heard and fully understood
                                                                                                          Wherefore it is Considered by
the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd W.m Coulbourn as by the Petition afd is prayed
and that Tho.s Williams, Thos Dixon, Jn.o Waters and Jn.o Treheard all of Somrsett County Gent.m be
Commissioners and Execute the same COmmission According to Law &c

                   & the Your Petitioner Pray's that Your Worships would appoint Commissioners
to Examine Evidences in Such Cases as the Law Directs & Your Petitioner as in Duty
