Somersett ss:
                         Att a Court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the provinces of
Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c held at Dividing Creek in Somersett County by his said Lordships
Commissioners and Justices of the County afd (the peace to keep assigned) the third tuesday of June being
the Sixteenth day of the Same month and in the Sixteenth Year of his Said Lordships dominion &.c ann.o

             Proclamation being made in Common form and the sher of Somersett County being Called to
make Return ^of^ the Pannell of the Orphan Jury returns y.e Same as followeth viz.t
William Piper, John Onorton, John Richards James Mumford Jun.r Ebenezer Crapper, James Lindow Jos: Porter Thomas
Nathaniel Williams, Dennis Hudson William Cord, Fisher Waltom, Stephen Waltom, Joseph Wright, Solomon Wright
and Joseph Houston   whereupon proclamation being made againe in Common form and the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled
being severally Called over by their Names doe appear as above and thereupon they are sworn and Charged and
sent Out to Consider &.c soon after the Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charges as afd return hereunto Court and
being Severally Called over appear and are discharged &c


                                                         Proclamation being made in Usual form and the sher of Somersett County to witt John
       Purnall Gent makes Return of the pannell of Grand Jurors as followeth viz.t
       W.m Piper, John Onorton John Huet Nutter, John Rickards James Mumford Jun.r Ebenezer Crapper James Lindow Jos:
       Porter Thomas Nathaniel Williams, Dennis Hudson, William Cord, Fisher Waltom, Stephen Waltom, Jos: Wright, Joseph
    Wright, Joseph Houston, William Colebourn, Solomon Wright Lewis Jones, James Jones manny

             Whereupon Proclamation being made againe in Common form and the Jurors afd so as afd being Impannelled and severall
Called over appear as above and thereupon they are sworne and Charges and sent out to consider &.c soone after y.e
Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charged as afd return hereinto Court and being severally Called Over appear and being
asked if they had made any bills of Indictm.t or Presentments Return the Following Bill of Indictmt and presentm.t again
against James Garrott and Elizabeth Dorothy thereupon the Grands Jurors aforesaid are discharged and ordered that they
be allowed for their Publick Service this Court two hundred pounds of tobacco &.c  Francis Allen of Somersett County Gent
appointed Prosecutor of his Lordships pleas in this Court for this term he takeing the Severall Oaths appointed by act of
assembly to the Government with the Oath of Prosecutor thereupon the Said Francis Allen present herein Court takes the
Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly with the Oath of Prosecutor and Subscribed the Oath of Abjuration and
Test &c

    Upon the mocon of James Shirly of Somersett County Gent for to be admitted one of attorneys of this Court Granted &.c
he takeing the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly with the Oath of abjuration attorney and Subscribing the Oath
of abjuration and Test      Thereupon the Said James Shirley present herein Court p takes the Severall Oaths appointed
by act of assembly to the Government with the Oath of an Attorney and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration and test &c

that whereas Your Petitioner is minded and very desireous to have a bounder of a tract of Land selled
which is Called and known by the Name of Elliotts Choice therefore your Petitioner humbly prayeth
       that your worship's would be pleased to appoint and Authorise fitt persons to examine Evidences and take
