Charges aforesaid to him adjudged &.c   Therefore by Consent of the parties aforesaid it is Considered that the aforesaid
Alexander Draper Recover against the afd John Magloghlyn his damages aforesaid to the afd Five pounds Eighteen
Shillings and Eight pence Currant money of Maryland by the same John in form afd Confessed as also two hundred
204   and four                 pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charge aforesaid to the Same Alexander at his request
by the Court here and Consent of the parties aforesaid adjudged which Certain damages in the whole do amount to five
pounds eighteen shillings and eight pence Currant Money and                                                                           pounds of
tobacco and the afd defend.t in Mercy &c







                                     The      Court Adjourns untill the third tuesday of
