thirty years & Being Sworn as afd did Declare yt ye Hickory yt Stood where ye afd Locust
Post Now Stands was a Bounder of ye tract of Land Called Burley & ye first Bounder
of that part of Burly Alienated to his Father Tho.s Collins as he Has Heard his
Said Father Say & from Whence his said father Runn his Land & this Deponant
further declared yt he heard his father Say that Being threatened by W.m Mercy that
he ye s.d Mercy wou'd take part of his Land House & orchad Cap.t W.m Fasitt
afd told this Deponant father Not to Shew his Bounder & he ye s.d Mercy Could
find No Bounder for Unity & further Saith Not

             At ye same time also Came before us Charles Collins Aged 27 Years and
Being Sworn as afd Declares yt ye afd Hickory yt Stood where ye Locust Post
afd Now Stands was a Bounder of ye Land Called Burly & ye first Bounder of that
part of it Alienated to his father Tho.s Collins & further Saith Not

       The above Depositions taken Before us ye Day & Year afd as Wittness our

                Curr.t Mony to be paid unto ye s.d Jn.o Grundy, Sarah Grundy Rencher Grundy
Tho.s Grundy Rachel Grundy & Sarah Grundy Jun.r their Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns
to ye which paym.t well & truly to be Made & done we Bind our selves our & Either of our heirs
Ex.rs & Adm.rs for ye whole & in ye whole Joyntly & Severally firmly By these Prsents Sealed
with our Seale & Dated this 17.th day of March Ann.o Dom 1729

          The Condition of ye above Obligation is Such yt whereas ye Commissarys General
hath transmitted into ye Co.t ye Account of ye Estate of Jn.o Grundy dec.d wherein it is found
yt there is Ball due to ye abovesaid Orphans ye sum of thirty five pounds fourteen
Shill.s & Seven pence Curr.t Mony of therefore ye abovesaid Eliz.a Grundy & Thomas
Rencher or any or Either of them or any or Either of their Heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs do &
will Shall well & truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto ye afd Orphans ye afd Sum of
thirty five pd.s fourteen shill.s & two pence in Equall parts or Portions when they
Shall Attain to full Age According to Act of assembly in Such Case Provided &a
then ye above Obligation to be Void & of None Effect Otherwise to remain in full
