James in Our same Court here in the afd plea of trespass upon the case &.c as should be adjudged would
satisfie or his body in Execution of Such Judgm.t to the Sher of Somersett County would render or that he the
said John Dennis would do the Same for him and altho' the Said James afterwards to witt the Same day and Year
afd in Our Same Court here before the afd Samuel Hopkins Gent and Others his associates then Our Justices of the Court
aforesaid held at dividing Creek afd by Consideration of Our Same Court Recovered against the afd Robert Gibbs
three pounds three shillings and One penny Sterling mony and three hundred and Eight pounds of tobacco for
his damages which he Sustained as well by Occasion of the non performance of a Certain promise and assumption
to the Same James by the afd Robert lately made as for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part
Expended whereof he is Convict as by the records and Proceedings thereof in Our Same Court before Our Justices
at Dividing Creek afd manifestly appeareth Nevertheless the afd Robert his body in Execution of Such Judgm.t to ye
afd Sher of Somersett County hath not rendered nor the Same Robert the damages afd to the afd James hath not
satisfied as by the Insinuation of the Same James we have received and because we are willing that those
things which in Our Court afd before Our Justices afd are rightfully acted and acknowledged Ought to be duely Executed
we Command you that by honest and Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known unto the afd
Jn.o Dennis that he be and appear before Our Justices of Our County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing
Creek the third tuesday of March next to shew Cause if any thing for himselfe he hath or knoweth to
say wherefore the afd James his Execution against him of the damages afd to have ought not according to the
form of the recognizance afd if unto him it shall Seem Expedient and have you then and there the Names of
them before whom you make the Same Known and this writt Wittness William Planner Gent One of our
Justices of Our said Court this twenty fourth day of November in the fifteenth Year of ^our^ Dominion &c  Anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine &c

             Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the Seventeenth day of the Same month Anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and twenty Nine before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett ^at dividing Creek^ Cometh the afd James
by his attorney afd and the Sher of the County afd to witt John Purnall Gent at the Same day Returned that he
by Vertue of the writt afd to him directed he had made known to the afd John Dennis Jun.r by Hugh Porter
and John Doe honest and Lawfull men of his bailywick that he be before his said Lordships Justices at the
time and place afd to Shew &.c as to him it was Commanded &c

                And the afd John Dennis so before warned and at the Same day being Solemnly Called Cometh
not but makes default
                                       Therefore it is Considered that the afd James Dickerson have Execution against
the afd John Dennis Jun.r of the afd three pounds three shillings and One penny Sterling money and three hundred
and Eight pounds of tobacco his damages afd according to the force form and Effect of the recognizance
afd &.c and also the afd James Dickerson according to the form of the Statute in such Case Lately made & provided
Recovered against the afd John Dennis Jun.r two hundred and thirty three pounds of tobacco for his Costs
charges and damages Sustained by Occasion of delay of Execution of the Judgmt afd &c

Command was given to the Sher of Somersett County that he should take
William Dure late of somersett County planter if he shall be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before his Lordships Justices
       of the County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then Next
       to answer unto Hugh Stewart of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c  and that thereof he should not
       fail &c         Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the Seventeenth day of the Same month
       being the day of the return of the Same writt Cometh the said Hugh Stewart in his proper person
       and the sher of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Cometh and maketh return thereof
