Objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon
and do not depart the Same Court without Leave thereof then the above recognizance to be void and of None
effect otherwise &c

    To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County Court Sitting the humble Petition of William Smith
sheweth that your petitioner hath right to a Certain tract of Land Called Hurtlebury which
I desire to Examine Evidences as touching the boundaryes of your worships will appoint Commissioners
According to Law and as in duty bound shall pray                                 William Smith

                                  The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon
had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd William
Smith as by the petition is praid and that John Jones, Robert King, Thomas Gillis, and Wm Turpin Junr
all of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the SAme Commission according to act of assembly
in Such Case made and provided &c


Philip Adams

     The Worshipfull his Lordships Justices of somersett County Court the humble
petition of Philip Adams Sheweth
                                                                                          That your petitioner is posest with a percell
    of Land called Mitchells adventure and your petitioner humbly prays your worships will be pleased to
give an order for such persons as your worships will think proper to see the bounders of your petitioners
land proved and your petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray         Philip Adams

                   The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon
had         Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd Philip
Adams as by the Petition afd is praid and that francis Allen, Wm Lane, David Willson &
John Waters all of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provide &c

We of the Grand Jury do present Eliz.a Bratton of Coventry parish for bearing a bastard
Child some time in the year 1729                         Wm Selby  Edward Rownd foreman
                                      francis Porter Informer

                         Thereupon Command was Given to the sher of Somersett County that he should take the Said
Eliz.a Bratton if &.c to answer &.c  And afterward in the Same Court Came the Said Eliz.a Bratton in her
proper person and being by the Sher sett to the barr Indictment re Presentmt reads pleads not
Guilty and Submitts to the Court and is willing to pay her fine for the fact afd

          Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the said Eliza Bratton be fined to his Lordship
thirty shillings for the fact afd and that she be taken &.c  whereupon it is ordered by the Court
that the Said Eliza Bratton give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers their fees due by
Occasion of the premisses afd  thereupon a Certain William Booth of ye County afd present herein
Court undertakes for the said Eliz.a Bratton to pay the Severall Officers their fees due as afd &c
