peaceably and quietly when he shall arrive at full age to ^receive^ Chose the Same &c

       Whereupon the said William Simpson with Samuel Shewell and Isaac Ironshire his securitys all
present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted into
the Said Richard Hill in the Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England Joyntly
and Severally of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and Levied to the Use of the
said Richard Hill if default be made in the Condition here under written

          The Condition of the above recognize is Such that if the above bounden William Simpson
do and Shall hereafter Comply with the Law in relation to Guardians and Likewise deliver up
unto the said Richard Hill quietly and Peaceably all his Estate that he shall have in his hands when
he shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above recognizance to be void and of None
Effect Otherwise to remain in full force and vertue in law &c


Upon the Petition of Eliz.a Nicholson for an Orphan Boy named Nehemiah Pointer now in Custody of Wm
Pointer &c ordered by the Court that Said William Pointer and Nehemiah Holland Pointer be and appear
before the Justices of somersett County Court now Sitting at dividing Creek to answer &c

                         And afterwards in the Same Court Came the Said Wm Pointer and Nehemiah Pointer and
for as much as it doth not appear to the Court here that the afd Nehemiah Pointer is abused or misused
nither is he willing to relinquish his right to the Said Nehemiah Pointer &c

       Therefore it is ordered by the Court that the Said Nehemiah Pointer return whom with the Said W.m
Pointer and that he Comply with the records formerly made about him &c

    To the worshipfull Justices of somersett County now in Court sitting the
humble petition of Robert Melvin most humbly sheweth
                       That your petitioner is very much damaged by a road running
thorow his Land and your petitioner therefore prays that he may have the Liberty
for to turn the road it being not a hundred yards further about and your petitioner as in duty bound
will forever pray &c
                         The Petition afd being read and heard and the promisses Considered   Wherefore it
is Ordered by the Court here that the afd Robert Melvin turn the road as by the Petition afd is praid
he making the new road good and Passable under the Penalty of Opening the Old road &c

Petition of John Gray sen.r    Sheweth that whereas your Petitioner hath
a Servant man named Richard Bryan who has Lost his Indentures by some miscariage
or another your Petitioner desires your worships will take it into
                   your Considerations   and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray Jno Gray Sen.r
       Upon reading the afd Petition in presence as well of the afd Petitioner as the afd Richard Bryan
and the Court have duly Considered the Same and Like heard what a Certain Jno Tunstall
                                                                                                                         declared
