Whereupon the Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood
                                                                                                             Therefore it is Considered by
the Court here that a Commission ^Issue^ to the afd William Waters as by the afd Petition is prayd
and that Francis Allen, Thomas Williams, Thomas Dixon and Hugh Porter all of Somersett County
Gent.m be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &c


Mary Record Judged
for runaway time
    John Turpin of somersett County Gent brings into Court a Certain Mary
Records who had runaway and absented herselfe out of his service fifteen days and
              prays that she may be adjudged to serve him for the same runaway time according to act of assembly
in that Case provided   and Likewise the said John Turpin prays that the said Mary Records
may be adjudged to serve him for four hundred pounds of tobacco paid for taking her up when runaway
as afd &.c
                   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court that the afd Mary Records serve her said Master
her heirs or assigns six days for one which amounts in the whole to ninty days also the said Mary
Records is adjudged to serve her said Master for the afd four hundred pounds of tobacco paid as afd three
months or Ninty days which said Service of Ninty days for runaway time and Ninty days for the
tobacco paid as afd amounts in the whole to One hundred and Eighty days the said Mary Records to serve
her said Master his heirs and assignes One hundred and Eighty days after the Expiration of her already
servitude &c

            Pet.n
    To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County court the humble Petition
of John Leatherby most humbly Sheweth
                       That your Petitioner is possessed of a tract of Land
called Timson the boundary's of which are decayed and therefore humbly prays your worships
to appoint Commissioners to examine wittnesses concerning the bounds of the said land according
to act of assembly in such Case made and provided and your petition as in duty bound shall
ever pray                                                                           John Leatherbury

                               The Petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature
deliberation thereupon had
                                           Wherefore it is considered by the Justices here that ^a^ Commissioners
    Issue to the afd John Leatherbury as by the petition afd is praid    and that Levin Gale, George
Dashiell Thomas Gillis and Peter Serman all of somersett County Gentm be Commissioners and
Execute the same Commission according to Law &c


Richard Hill
   chose Gardiant
    Richard Hill son of Richard Hill dec.d being of full age to Chose his Guardian
Comes here into Court and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain W.m
Simpson as his Guardian which is Granted &.c  thereupon the said Richard Hill
             makes Choice of the said William Simpson as his Guardian   and it is ordered by the Court
that the said Guardian take into his Care and possession all the Estate of the said Richard Hill both
Reall and personall   And further it is ordered by the Court here that the afd William Simpson Give
security for to Comply with the law in relation to the Guardianship afd and likewise deliver up
unto the said Richard Hill All his Estate that he shall have in his hands both reall and personall
