Command was given to the sherr of Somersett County that he should take
           Thomas Billin late of Somersett County planter if he should be found
                                     in his bayliwick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third
tuesday of August ^then^ next to Answer unto Richard Bywater of a plea of trespass upon the
Case &.c and that thereof he should not fail &c

                            Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the Ninteenth day of the Same month
anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty nine being the day of the return of the said
writt Cometh the said Richard Bywater by Levin Gale his attorney and the sher of Somersett County
to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the
Court here Endorsed in these words viz.t   Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher

                            And the said Thomas Billin by francis Allen his attorney Comes and defends the
force and Injury when &c and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he
hath it and the same day is given to the afd Plft here also &c

                              Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of August anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and twenty nine Came again as well the afd Richard Bywater as the afd Thomas
Billin by their attorneys afd and thereupon the afd Richard Bywater then and there his writt afd
against the af Thomas Billing did not ^further^ prosecute with Effect but voluntaryly permitted his suit to
be discontinued
                                        Therefore afterwards vizt that is to say the same day by discretion of the
Justices here were adjudged the same Thomas Billin One hundred & fifty five                  pounds
155   of tobacco for his Costs and Charges by him about his defence in that part sustained according to the
form of the Statute in such Case thereof lately made and provided and the afd Richard in mecy
mercy and the afd Thomas have thereof Execution &c

Command was given to the sher of somersett that he should take Catherine Dial
         late of somersett County spinster if ^she^ should be found in his bailywick and
                                  her should safe keep so that he might have her body before his Lordships Justices
of the County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of November then next
to satisfie Thomas Walker of five hundred pence and Eleven hundred and One pounds of tobacco
which to the afd Thomas before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek were adjudged for his damages which
he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption by the afd Catherine ^to the afd Thomas^ made and not performed whereof she is
Convict &c   Att which said third tuesday of november to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month
ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty nine being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh
the said Thomas Walker by Levin Gale his attorney and the Sher of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing
writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof Endorsed in these words viz.t
