that she be taken &.c  whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the said Ann Tabitha bryan give security for ye
payment of the Severall Officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain Jno Tilman of
of County afd present here in Court undertakes for the said Ann Tabitha Bryan to pay the Severall fees afd &.c

Sabbath day some time in the month of October Richard Knight Informer

          Thereupon Command was given to the sher of Somersett County that he should take the said Patrick
    Daily if &.c to answer &.c and afterwards in the same Court Came the said Patrick Daily in his proper
person and for as much as it seems to the Court here that they Can not hold plea of the afd presentm.t

   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the presentment afd be quashed and that the
the afd Pat Daily goe thereof without day &c

 somersett ss    The Jurors for the Right honrble the Lord proprietary of the
Maryland that now is for the body of somersett County upon their Oath do present that W.m
Thompson late of Somersett parish in somersett county planter the Eleventh day of September
                ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine did refuse to aid and assist Thomas Tull then being
Constable of annamessex hundred duely sworn and Constituted to Carry a Certain John Hambleton then in his Custody
by mittimus from the worshipfull William Planner One of the Justices of the peace for Somersett County upon
Suspicion of fellony to the Sher of somersett County against the peace of the right honrble the Lord Proprietary
his good rule and Government &.c                  Dashiell P D L p.r

                                    On the backside of the foregoeing bill of Indictm.t it was thus Endorsed
viz.t   Billa Vera   Edward Rownd foreman

             Thereupon Command was given to the sher of Somersett County that he should take the said W.m
Thompson if &.c to answer &.c  And afterwards in the same Court Came the said William Thompson in his proper
person and being by the Said sher sett to the barr and the afd Indictment being unto him read submitts with
a protestation of his Innocency and because he will not plead with his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary he putts
himselfe upon the favour of the Court &c
                                                                         Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the
afd William Thompson be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of his fine by Occasion of the premisses
afd which same W.m Thompson then and there present herein Court prays himselfe at fine of his said
Lordship by Occasion afd and thereupon he putts himselfe in mercy of his said Lordship and the fine
of the same Wm Thompson is by the Court here assessed to two hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco
to the Use of the his said Lordship the Lord proprietary &c
