Honour Puckham appears according to her recognizance Entered into for her good behaviour & appearance at
this Court and is discharged paying the severall officers their fees due by means of the premisses &c

Sarah Shehee
We of the Grand Jury do present that Sarah Shehee spinster of the parish of Stepney for
bearing of a bastard Child some time in the month of September John Handy Informer
                                                                                          Edward Rown foreman
                      Thereupon Command was given to the sher of Somersett County that he should take the said sarah
Shehee if &.c to answer &.c  Afterwards in the Same Court Came the said Sarah shehee in her proper person &
being by the sher sett to the Barr is thereupon Instantly demanded how she would acquitt herselfe of the
premises afd above upon her Imposed says that of the premisses afd upon her Imposed she is guilty
thereof and makes Oath that a Certain William Howchen is the begetter of the bastard Child she stands
presented for   and is willing to pay thirty Shillings for he fine for the fact afd &c

                   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Sarah shehee be fined to
his Said Lordship thirty shillings for the fact afd toward the defraying of the County Charge and that she be
taken &.c  and whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the Said sarah Shehee give Security for the paymt
of the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd  thereupon a Certain Robert Hardy of
somersett County planter present herein Court undertakes for to pay the several officers fees dues by occasion
of the premisses afd &c

William Howchen
Wee do present William Howchen planter of the parish of Stepney for
begetting of a bastard Child on the body of a Certain sarah shehee of the said
parish spinster          sarah shehee Informer                 Edward Rownd foreman

                                              Thereupon Command was given to the sher of Somersett County that
he should take the said William Howchen if &.c to answer &.c And afterwards in the same Court Came
the said William Howchen in his proper person and being by the Sher sett to the barr is thereupon
Instantly demanded ^how^ he Would acquitt himselfe of the premisses afd above upon him Imposed says
that of the premisses afd so as afd upon him Imposed he is Guilty thereof and is willing to pay three
pounds Curr.t mony for his fine for the fact afd &c

                   Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd William Howchen be fined to
his Lordship three pounds Curr.t mony for the fact afd to be appropriated toward the defraying of the
County Charge and that the said William Howchen be taken &.c  and thereupon it is ordered by the
court here ^that^ the afd W.m Howchen give security for the paym.t of the sever officers fees due by occasion
of the premises afd and thereupon a Certain Robert Hardy of the County afd present herein Court took
Charge of undertook for the said Wm Howchen to pay the severall Officers fees due as afd &c

Curry sheweth that a Certain Thomas Dashiell Late of Somersett County made an Indenture
to Confirm your petitioner without any Valuable Consideration now your petitioner
                   prays he may be discharged from the said Indenture I not being willing to sign the same
