222 Whereas a certain Mary Richards had Served Out her Indented and all her runaway time before this time adjudged the Eighteenth day of September last And whereupon Comes now here into Court John Turpin of Somersett County Gent and brings with him the said Mary Richards and prays that she may be adjudged to serve him for thirty days Runaway time &c Wherefore it is Considered by the Court that the afd Mary Richards serve the said John Turpin his heirs or assigns till Christmass next which ^is^ adjudged full satisfaction for the Runaway time af &c
to serve him for the same according to law &c Wherefore the said Mary Richards present here in Court is adjudged to serve the Said John Roach his heirs or assignes (after her time of Servitude with Jno Turpin allready adjudged) the full time of six full months which is adjudged full satisfaction for the afd five hundred pounds of tobacco paid as afd &c
bounds thereof are goeing to decay and the wittnesses to prove them antient and Inform wherefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships to Grant him a Commission to Perpetuate the Bounds of said Land and in duty bound your Petitioner will Ever pray Alexander Wordie The Petition afd being read and heard and the Premisses Considered Wherefore it is ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the afd Alexander as by the Petition afd is praid and that Jn.o Scott, francis Allen, W.m Lane and William Handy of somersett County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law whereupon the afd Jno Scott ^&c^ francis Allen Commissioners present here in Court were Sworn to Execute ye same Commission according to law &c
