age and a Cripple by a wound that I received in King Williams wars in whose services was seven Years and have paid my Levies in this County thirty One years but am now become feble by the hurts I have formerly received and Old age which makes me uncapable to labour as I have done my wife is dead about twelve months agoe and two small Children left to take Care of I hope your worships will take my Malencholy Curcusmtance into your Consideration and ease your petitioner from paying levyes for the future and I shall endeavour to use all the diligence I am capable of to keep my selfe from being further chargable to the County and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray The Petition aforesaid being read and heard and mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is considered that the afd Daniel Munroe be for the future Levey free as by the Petition aforesaid is prayd &c
dumb wherefore your petitioner doth humbly pray that your worships would be pleased to sett him Levy free and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd John Windsor be for the future Levey free as by the petition afd is praid &c Henry Jarman appointed Constable of Boquetennorton Hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead William Ennis &c Samuel Shewell appointed Constable for Baltemore hundred for the Ensuing year in stead of Jam.s Mumford William Davis appointed Constable of wickacomoco hundred for ye Ensuing year in sted stead of Jno Persons Jno Waters appointed Constable of Annamessex hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead of Thomas Tull John Nicholson appointed Constable of Nanticoke hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead of Jacob Cordery Francis White appointed COnstable of Manny hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead of David Polk Littleton Townsend appointed Constable of Pocomoke hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead of Fran: Porter John Pope appointed Constable of Mattapony hundred for the Ensuing Year instead of Ezekiell Claywell Michael Dorman appointed Constable of Manocan hundred for the Ensuing Year in stead of Mat Dorman Junr Bina a negro Girle belonging to Edward Roberts is adjudged by the Court to be of the age of ten years &c |
